As per our telephonic conversation on 20.05.2019, 23.05.2019, 24.05.2019 and 25.05.2019 regarding my problem of not getting news paper (ABP+TT) from 17.05.2019 without any intimation from vendor, today I was told to send an email by the customer care lady. Since my first complain, ABP customer care has not taken any steps and every time they mislead me and have given me a 72 hour time line.
It is very disappointing that after having subscription I’m not getting the news paper for last nine days. And the vendor or the paper delivery boy has not bothered to intimate me regarding this. Also I’m not getting any help from ABP customer care.
Today (25.05.2019) the customer care lady told me that by Tuesday (28.05.2019) they will solve my issue and if it will not solve by 28.05.2019 then they will refund my subscription money and asked me to send a email mentioning the refund so that they can reply this by writing.
Meanwhile, for this pathetic service of ABP customer care I would like to cancel my next subscription of ABP+TT which will start from June, 2019 and want a refund of that subscription money. Please initiate the upcoming subscription cancellation process and refund the money. Was this information helpful? |
