Me and my sister had done an executive full body checkup on 21st Dec 2020. The reports for Vit B12 and papsmear were to be sent to our respective mail ids within 4 days. Now its been more than a week. Have called up the hospital and raised the request multiple times with the PR. We were told the reports were ready and the mails would be sent asap. The reports shared include the same reports that were manually handed to us on the same day along with the pap smear test for Preetha Vinay ( ID 414850) . Rest the B12 results for both Patient ID : 286912 and 414850 are missing. I have sent a detailed mail with the Bill that was paid separately for Vit B12 Vit D amount to Rs. 2420 per head. Can this be looked into at the earliest as I am tired calling the hospital as well as writing emails.
