: anarkaliclub.com Date of purchase: 30th may 2019 Email id: anarkaliclub.[protected]@gmail.com Delivered on: 3rd june 2019 Amount: 863/- Description: I ordered green colored lehenga from this website and payment was cod. Then i got message that order is coming from smartship.in and will be dispatched through blue dart with tracking number. Order delivered on 3rd june got a call fromdelivery boy When we opened it there was old, damaged saree. Then i immediately called that boy but didn`t receive. Then i placed return order form from anarkaliclub website, but i didn`t get any message that we received your return order. To return money they said they will not give it in cash, so you will have to provide either bank account number and ifsc or paytm number. It was very doubtful for me so i gave paytm number. Then i tried connecting them but no response at all. Now i left no option to connect with them. When i searched i got so many complaints for them., and they are doing same delivering old, damaged saree. So i guess there are many customers who faced the same problem, i am not the only one. Then i got that we can register complaint here, that`s why i am writing to you. For me its not about money, but i seriously want a serious action to be taken against them.
