Address:Madanapalle

The bus service number 91919 which was expected to depart at 5:30 a.m. in the morning of 15th April 2024, departed at 6:00 a.m which is very late. In the process of waiting for two people all the remaining people in the bus are made to wait for approximately half an hour which is not at all fair.
Waiting for 5-10 minutes is ok, but making people wait for half an hour how is it ok? If the bus is going to start half an hour late then...

Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Apsrtc] — Driver dropped 10kms after destination.

On 06/04/2024 reserved APSRTC super luxury service no 9235 from Madanapalle to MYDUKUR but the bus not went through MYDUKUR. After my destination passed 10kms the driver and conductor forced me to get down the bus .Iam unable to do anything. At the time when I get down the bus the time was 10.20PM no vehicle stopped there, Iam totally disturbed with behaviour of conductor and bus driver they not even follow their basic rules.
