Me and my family of 4 members went to Tirupati on 8 may 2026. we boarded a bus to Tirupati to Tirumala with the number AP03Z5495. We took tickets worth of 90 rupees each that is 360 Rs in total. Before going to Tirumala in Tirupati there is a checking point where all passengers have to get down and check their bags in the counter. I am a daily commuter of APSRTC- bus service, from Kadapa There are a few problems which we, the residents of Kadapa always face.
1)There is no time-table and panctuality maintained for the buses, nor that is being maintained. Many times buses will come in queue leaving the next half an hour.

I wish to draw and focus your mind on the unworthy and unwarranted behavior of bus conductor or employees working under our kind control. Very often they treat the passenger with complete disgust, disregard, Disguise, and hated. They behave with them insolently and use unparliamentarily languages. Towards the ladies, they are never courteous.

Hello Sir/Madam,

My father is an employee in VR Kota Government high school.

His school starts at 9:00 AM in the morning and he is living in Kandukur. There is no proper transport to VR Kota from Kandukur. Unfortunately, the bus that's available from Kandukur at 8:30 AM to VR Kota reaches VR Kota at 9:30 AM or 9:45 AM which is very late to attend the school.

I have booked mangoes in APSRTC logistics, It really unavailable quality.
APSRTC logistics tracking number: 34924350.
I have raised APSRTC logistics complaint has no: 136187.
Date logistics booked: 24/05/2022.

My courier box missed/not delivered. On 25/05/2022 it should get delivered but it is not delivered also there is not good response from complaint team.

I am want to go to Dodballapur from Anantapur bus stand and I am waiting for bus from 10Pm on 4th Mar 2022
As time table showing that there are 2 buses scheduled at 11.15pm and 11.45pm and at 11.20pm i went to enquiry counter for asking about bus at 11.15pm as bus not came and no one was responded and then I am waiting for 2nd bus which is scheduled at 11.45 pm but no bus was came again i went to enquiry counter at 12.20AM this time...

I would like to know the bus has been listed as water bottle TV service would be there but I don't see a bottle given Nor TV SERVICE RUNNING in APSRTC THE SErvice is not a superluxary or express it's knight rider A.C service and not providing as per instructed guidelines is really not a good service...

I archana, on 06/10/2018 thought to start from puttenahalli, jp nagar 6 th phase, bangalore - 560078. On apsrtc no:-ap03z5428, but that conductor said that 4and 5 seats are reserved no 6 is not reserved but while putting my bag's inside he is not allowed in to the bus only because of my bag's and i asked him to take luggage ticket but that conductor didn't allow me to inside. And he spoke nonsense about the luggage...

As according to apsrtc rules, children who have completed 12 years of age have to be charged full ticket. We are the b. Tech students of pragati&aditya engineering college the students special bus (Kkd-ramesampeta) is not coming at all. So the students are getting into the ordinary buses to rjy via rajanagaram and it is getting an inconvenient to the other passengers and some of the students are hanging on the footboards it may be a risk to their life's and then you should only take the responsibility if any incident happens and answers the reasons...
