Andhra University Engg. College — Not refunded even after 2 months

My ticket No. ETKT[protected] to travel from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 1st September 2009 at 11.55 Hrs. is cancelled. Booking is done through MAKEMYTRIP.COM through internet. The refund is not yet made even after 2 months.

Andhra University under the vice chancellorship of Dr Lankapally Bullayya has illegally diverted the land (now Dr Lankapally Bullayya College area) taken from Late Shri Batchu Ramaswamy Reddy Survey No 44 of 4.4 Acres approx. and other land owners by the administration for construction of Andhra University in the year[protected]. As the area is not sufficient for the university construction, the land has not been returned/ remunerated till date to the land owners incl to the owner mentioned (Now to to their descents ). Under the Vice Chancellorship, in the pretext of education, the lands have been diverted by Dr Lankapally Bullayya with certain Board members under his Name Dr LB College with parallel to Dr VS Krishna Govt College, giving importance only to Dr VS Krishna College but actually not so as the Dr LB College still have name and fame.

When the Andhra University registrar is fighting with GVMC for land grab/defaulting the agreement or so, why can't it remunerate to the children of the land owners. It has effected their children education and primarily their living standards.

It is very important to solve pending cases by returning/remunerating the effected owners which gives credibility to the University and the Administration.

I AM RAMNADH . I DID BCOM IN COMPUTERS FROM ANDHRA UNIVERSITY AFFILIATED COLLEGE AND PASSED IN 2010 . I AM GOING TO MY COLLEGE ASK FOR O.D. THEY ARE TOLD THAT ME, OUR CERTIFICATES PRINTED TELUGU MEDIUM INSTEAD OF ENGLISH MEDIUM. COLLEGE PERSONS TOLD THAT ALL WILL GET ORIGINAL DEGREE[O.D] ARE COME IN LATELY TO COLLEGE. AFTER 2 MONTHS LATER THEY TOLD THAT WE HAVE NOT ISSUED ORIGINAL DEGREE[O.D. TO ANY OF THE B.COM STUDENTS TILL NOW AND GO TO UNIVERSITY TAKE IT FOR PAY THE SOME OF AMOUNT. MY COLLEGE OTHER GROUPS (B.B.C, B.SC STUDENTS) ARE TAKEN THIER ORIGINAL CERIFICATES. WE(B.COM. STUDETNTS) ARE NOT RECEIVED. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE? my name is gajapathirao.k. I am persuing MCA fourth semester in a college which is affiliated to andhrauniversity. Unfortunately i failed in first semester and i applied for revaluation. still now we have not got our revaluation result and we have subjected to pay the fee to write that first semester exams. We tried to say this to my university but we got no response.
We(MCA) are facing many problems. The first semester students have not got the examination date still now.Not only MCA but also all depatments are facing many problems. Recently second semester of chemistry got their result and they are shocked about their result and send a request to university and later they got other result. The same thing happened to my first semester MCA.The paper pattern has changed for first semester MCA but still now my college has not got that paper model and even the waitage of the chapters. My university is not maintaining the regulations. All the students are always in confusion.
please respond to my request.

i am vasu, i am studying mca in a college .Sir really we are facing many problems .Unfortunately i failed in my first semister exam now i am in fourth semister till now we got no results of my first sem revaluation results .I kept more hopes in that results i also written first semister exams with my juniors that results also not released.I am facing many problems like this .Really i am mentally distrubed about this results.Please release the results as early as possible sir.Thank you sir.

sir this is KARTEEK from sir CRReddy collage of engineering, bearing reg number[protected].

i dont know the results of 4/4 BE supply till today.
after seeing results i came to know that i was failed.
so i decided to write this exam again.
but the last date for exam fee is[protected]
results came on[protected].
i am not having any sixth sense, to estimate my results, whether i wil pass or fail,
and i cant bear exam fee with fine, due to my financial position.

being an indian citizen i have right to information ACT
this right was failed here,

actually pattern is first release the results then exam dates,
due to this delay my carrier is going to ruin.

so i dont know what to do where to go,
PLEASE RESPOND SIR
