Sir since 8, 9 months my result is not decleared yet, , and my university is not responding me nor any reply of mails or calls, it has been too late for me now, my final year project result is pending,

My name is Richa Kumari. I had completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management from India Institute of Management, Pune in[protected] batch. As per college documents its approved by AICTE. Currently I am in UAE and I had requested the AICTE member for issuing an official letter from AICTE body mentioning the below details to get my degree equalized with UAE government (Ministry of Education in UAE):

1. The Institution accreditation status
2. If the offered programs were academic or vocational.
3. General information about the programs and the admission requirements.
I had provided them my PG Degree certificate and Marksheet for their reference.

This letter is mandatory to get the Post Graduate Degree recognized and equalized in UAE, however I did not get any response even after so many follow ups over email and phone. I had initially applied in the month of March'23. And because of their non response I could not get my degree equalized in foreign and working as a Bachelor Degree (B.Com) Holder instead of PGDM in Finance. What is the use of getting the degree from AICTE approved college and giving them lakhs of rupees.

It will be highly appreciated if I get a letter issued by AICTE body mentioning above details so that my qualification done in India is recognized in UAE.

Passout student of b.tech in electrical and electronics engineering since 2021. Here my marksheet not available their student service portal or anywhere by some issue like they changed my result declaration date in final year result either I have received my degree by post or courier in 2021.
In the final year they shown result declaration date 2023, how it is possible and how can do this type of mistake.

I become a victim of such fraud company simplilearn. On the time of joining they promise me of 100% job guarentee otherwise they refund full fee if they not provide placement within 1 year now i completed more then one year but i am not getting any job from them and they don't reply my call and mail please help. I belong to very poor family my parents or not able to afford. On the time of joining they are not saying anything about bank educational loan but they did in hidden. please held me in refund process.

We the Students of Golaghat Engineering College are facing a very serious problem i.e Hostel facility. There is only one hostel available for boys and a hostel for girls. Due to the increasing number of students we are unable to find any seats available in the hostel. Also the nearby surrounding is not developed enough to get the PG facilities. So kindly please help us to get at least 2 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel, so each student can get into college premises and feel safe from outsiders. And also we can lead a comfortable stay..

I am a trainee of electrician trade in government ITI Pradesh, session Solan Himachal[protected]. Our practical was conducted on 3 August 2022 by Mahesh dutt Thakur. The marks given by him are not satisfactory he gaved me 150 masks out of 250 (passing marks) intentionally even when I have scored 96%marks In CBT exam of theory. But his relational student (Vivek Garg his nephew) have been given 195 marks out of 250 even he was only able to score 62% in CBT exams. Which is a act of partiality. Due to the mutual emity of teachers(our class instructor Mr Rakesh Sharma and examiner mr. Mahesh dutt thakur), me and whole class is suffering the consicuencis. Due to this partiality my whole carrier has been spoiled. I cannot apply for MNC or other government sector due to less marks. And this is done intentionally to ruin my future There is no provision for improvement. Please make provision to reconduct the paper of students who are given less marks. Also other students are given only passing marks even when they be scored good marks this year in CBT Exams. I am very depressed with such type of partiality. Please look after this matter and take strict actions against the instructor. I want DGT (Directorate General of Training) To have some interference I this case.

I am a student of Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. Our 6th sem exam started on 18th of August and it will end on 3rd September. Our college is taking our examination without issuing any proper Adimt card. While most Engineering colleges have almost taken 2 months of classes of odd semwe are yet to finish our 6th sem. In our 7th sem we will only get 3 month preparation time.
I don't know if it is legal to take 6th sem exam this late, also without issuing any proper admit card. If it is illegal I humbly request you to take necessary steps.

Worked in mvj college of engineering banglore.pls help me to take my original certificates back after my break of one year (for which I got leave approved.medical issues)they are not giving guarantee of continuation of my job nor my certificates.They are telling to take certificate by paying money.I waited for three months.three month notice period I am ready to complete but they are not allow ing to join back.then atleast they should return my original certificates.they are asking to pay 3 months salary.I am mentally stressed.

I have to apply for my PHD but nobody is helpful me. My all career is related to the marks card.

In j b knowledge park engg college faridabad admission are given to those diploma holders who are working in companies, the college is giving admission to student that they have not attend to college and unfair means will be provided them at the time of examination, how one person can take admission as a regular course of b.Tech, as he is already in job, so my request to aicte that pl look in to the matter and ask md university rohtak for this, there are so many college of md universiy are doing this type of practces to maintain admission strength, and student without going college getting good percentage, non attending b.Tech is not alloweded in country, examination centre of md university are using unfair means so examination centre must be changed of engg college

After the U.P B.Ed Entrance Exams 2021 Counselling, I paid Rs 5000 as counselling fee . As per the process, I was supposed to receive the amount as refund since the college, I opted was not allotted to me .
Kindly resolve the issue as it's been around 7 months . Please look into the issue and help me out and credit into my account ASAP

The author has submitted many RTI against this college that has been mentioned in DOHED/R/E/22/02024 also complaints in PGPORTAL DSEHE/E/2022/02409 but still the author did not get this information.
I hope you will consider the matter and provide the all information as soon as possible.

I have taken admission in UGC & AICTE approved college Shridevi institute of technology sira road, Tumkur, karnataka 572 106.
In the period of 3rd October 2018, but iam unable to continue my studies because of personal problems and financial hardship so I withdrawn from course on 8th October 2018 but college refused to return my original certificates what I submitted in the time of admission and asked for full academic fee it's been 3 years still refused to return my certificates.

Sir according to AICTE rule of 2020 about 2 years mca to be impleamented in all the institution in INDIA but the major NITs does not following these rules they are continue with 3 years mca course. Even after 2 years of your rule. these NITs are at TRICHY, WARANGAL, PRAGRAJ, BHOPAL etc
this system makes more fees for the students.
please try make 2 years coarse in all institutes in INDIA.

I Dr. Y.Pavan KumaR Reddy (Faculty Id: -[protected]) worked with Geethanjali Institute of Science and Technology(permanent id: 3891204) as an associate professor in C.S.E department for 3 year 2 months and resigned on[protected]. till now not settled pending salary dues, not removed my name from faculty list in AICTE website, and not provided experience certificate even after several requests.
