[Resolved]  Andhra University — Haven't received original degree and provisional certificate for BA

I have passed BA in January 2022 from AU distance education batch 2018 to 2022, I have applied for BA original degree and provisional certificate in 22nd September 2022..at AU distance education..but still to now I haven't received original degree and provisional certificate for BA.. my Hall ticket number: 18BA50798 Name THANGULA SAVITHRI D/o APPARAO (late) Note: please solve my problem sir🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
