Respected Sir/madam, Myself Mamta Bhartiya joined Andromeda for the position of TME, in Kanjurmarg L and T process, on 25-2-14.I was working whole heartedly for my company, on 25-3-14 I was given to inform that due to less businesses .company is cutting the seat and removing employees and I was one of the victim.Later my manger Mr.Ishaq Sheik said that I have been given opportunity from management to show calibre and asked to continue with my job. Later myself being discouraged with companies attitude toward me, resigned from service and submitted the resignation on 10 of April. As a fact I decided to resting on 25- 3 - 14 itself but I was coaxed to continue by my line manager and assured that u resting after getting salary. No rules and policy has been explained in detail. I have worked right from 25-2-14 to 12-4-14 Further there is some internal dispute between my manager Ishaq sheik and shabina games who is from admin team in Kanjurmarg branch.Bcoz of dispute and miscommunication between them, Miss Shabina has holed my salar till date. She has forcefully taken in writing that as per rule Andromeda will pay salary for 15 days only, eventhough I have worked even more than one and half month. I request you to pls help me in this regard, so that I can get my eligible salary .
