I am holding one Birla sun life policy which is giving me some less fund value. so i decided to surrender that policy and i was enquiring to surrender that policy to Birla sun life customer care. andromeda BPO Pvt Ltd executives are somehow tracked my transactions with customer care and they called me. They asked for the reason to surrender and they told many of the customers are facing same problem with their fund value and we are tracking those customers and we are providing a support to do a 100% fund transfer from your old policy new birla sun life policy. For that they made me to take one new policy and they asked me to pay first year premium and from second year they will transfer money from old policy. After i took policy they are went away. They changed phone numbers and i couldnt reach them through email also. I take it up with Birla Sun Life many time but they are not at all giving proper answers.

now i am unnessarily holding two Birla Sun Life polices. I dont have money to pay premium and no option to surrender the policies. If i surrender now they will give me my money back after 5 years only. Now i am helpless..
