This is with regards to the my home loan which was transferred from axis bank to bank of baroda, facilitates by andromeda. The proposal to shift my home loan was initiated by mr himanshu thakker depicting lower interest rate and reimbursement of all the charges (Includes franking charges, processing fee, intimation charges etc) by andromeda. I got convinced by the proposal as it was lowering my interest rate without any additional cost. However, its been more than six months to the balance transfer, but i have not received any refund/reimbursement by andromeda.in fact the concerned people (Mr himanshu thakker, ms shruti & mr divyanshu) who were following up with me rigorously every day at the time of processing of loan, have stopped picking up my calls now. It has been one of the most frustrating experience as i was never looking to shift my loan. It was their proposal of reimbursing charges which prompted me to do the balance transfer. The amount involved (Rs 40, 000). I have sufficient proof to prove my claims. Hope you can resolve this issue as early as possible.
