I am writing this to raise a formal complaint against Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd regarding non-payment of DSA payout for successfully disbursed loan files.
I have been associated as a DSA with Andromeda for the past year.
I logged over Above 1000 loan cases.
I have not been provided with any MIS reports, payout status, or tracking IDs.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email,...

A refund for an incomplete information shared by the agent while processing loan.
Due to wrong information given, had asked me to pay first later they will do refund.
Till now the agent who initiated the process is not picking up the call nor replying to my emails.

A Shockingly Bad Service - Require Senior Teams immediate intervention and action

Team Andromeda and Head Andromeda,
I would like to bring to your notice a very bad and shocking experience (and it still continues). I Harrish Sairaman have been dealing with a sales agent of yours since November 2020 - Prashant Pawar (+91 [protected]). I had worked with Prashant when he was employed with PNB housing and was referred by a relative. After moving to Andromeda we again solicited Prashant’s service to move our Home Loans from PNB to a bank with better interest rates. We have a total housing loan of around 3+ Crores (4 Loans put together)
The Shocking Service: -
Our talks started in November and we gave him a Go ahead in December 2020 for the transfer and provided him with all the documents. In January he said that its getting done from HDFC and the only thing pending is Preclosure letters and everything else is done.
PNB delayed the letters which we received in Feb first week and immediately gave it to Prashant. Till end of Feb there was no progress and we anyways had to pay the EMIs from PNB (Our EMIs get deducted on the 10th of every month)
Feb end I told Prashant if there is further delay or if things are getting stuck, ill get it done from another person (I have accounts in IndusInd Bank and they were willing to get it done from HDFC with a max turnaround time of 15 days)
HE said its all done and the next EMI will not go from PNB as it would all be done (This we are talking about Feb End)
Here we are on July 3rd and im still waiting and paying a higher EMI from PNB, even time this man saying its almost done.
Excuses given by him -
Delay from the Bank - March
4 member from the staff got Covid hence the delay - April
System Delay - May
All done now it has happened - June
We again had to request for Preclosure letter from PNB in May due to the delay and we also told prashant that PNB gives us a pain in getting the letters, we still had to do 15 days of follow ups and finally got our letters End of May and gave it to Prashant.
Please note - He said all is done and took the Franking amount od Around Rs 1.2 lacs on 4th of June and since then there is no update.
A very important point - He does not stick by his word AT ALL - If he says he will call back and at a particular time HE NEVER DOES THAT (I know this sounds like exaggeration or generalisation, it is NOT! Ive never seen any service person who disrespects a client/customer to this level. In fact I had a separate conversation with him only telling him dont disrespect, at least pick up the call and update) IN the last few months(again without exaggeration) we would have made at least 150 to 200 calls out of which he would have received it 30 times maybe.
His take is - If I dont have an update what will I do picking up your call, ridiculous isn’t it?
Major issues as of now -
No real update (apart from his story that everything is done - for the last 3 weeks)
Money of Franking gone and no receipt, no proof of it - He has taken that in his account - If we dont see any response we will be forced to do a place complaint as it then hints a fraud (as the money is taken and we only have stories from his side)
IN the last 2 months he has moved from HDFC all done to HDFC delaying to AXIS BANK all done to AIX now delaying to KOTAK BANK ALL done and now KOTAL delaying!
We had also visited his place to speak to him only to find a locked door! Since, our relatives stay on the same floor where he stays (Ulwe) we get an update that He is there, but we have wasted ample time and efforts without any results. When a man with such a past history says “It will all be done” (Which is his standard statement), how can one trust anymore?
We open the talks in November and Now we are in July, paying higher EMI/interest for the last 8 months due to an incompetent, irresponsible service person who is representing your brand - Andromeda. Yes, our relative who gave the reference did say ‘He will do a good job, but he does delay!’ but no one knew this is the definition of ‘Delay’. Even they (my relatives) are surprised by this behaviour and have told him a couple fo times to not keep us stranded.
In fact 3 weeks back he also said if it doesn’t happen this week ill refund the money and also give my seniors phone number and email address. When I spoke to him about this last week the only thing i hear is “Just wait and it will happen” and then the pattern of not picking our calls and not returning them!!!
What we expect -
Senior Intervention to give us the real story - Clarity
Getting the work done in couple of days so that we give the cheques to PNB before 10th of July - Else all hassle of taking statements again
If he returns the money saying it cannot happen (what about the loss of so many months, Im not saying he needs to pay it but one needs to understand)
Clarity on whether I should go ahead with Indusind.
Clarity on Should I go ahead with a Police complaint as there is something fraudulent here.
(Also please note our papers are clear, good track record and not a single even of default in payments in the past. Yes, we had taken moratorium)
I believe a brand like Andromeda has creating this Brand with the right values of customer centricity and would request the seniors and the right team to intervene and take action immediately. Awaiting to see a prompt and immediate action. Banking on my Belief in the senior team here.

This is with regards to the my home loan which was transferred from axis bank to bank of baroda, facilitates by andromeda. The proposal to shift my home loan was initiated by mr himanshu thakker depicting lower interest rate and reimbursement of all the charges (Includes franking charges, processing fee, intimation charges etc) by andromeda. Mr. Sushil sharma deputy divisional sales manager, from andromeda was processing for loans through kotak and fullerton india.
We have not availed loans from either of these institutions & cheque of processing fee was issued to both the institutions from our end on the commitment of mr. Sushil sharma saying it will be refunded if we do not avail loans from both the instutions, and the cheque got debited as it was confirmed by mr. Sushil sharma, that from both the institution if the loan does not got through or we as a party are not taking loans through these institutions then the amount of cheque which was issued from our end that is been processed and debited as discussed above, given from our end to both the institutions will be completely refunded.
On confirmation of refund amount as discussed above by mr. Sushil sharma from andromeda only we have gone ahead with the loan processing for both the above financial institution (Kotak bank & fullerton india).
6months of follow up with mr. Sushil sharma for the refund of processing fees, no revert from his end, no answer to the calls that have been made, no reply to the mails been sent.
Is this the way "india's largest loan distributor andromeda" works???
Legal case and rti application is the only way out ahead if the things are not solved within 1 week by andromeda

no responsibility for kyc collected

This company seems to be in collaborations with some fraudsters whereby they collect kyc documents for loan purpose and then hand it over to some team for making duplicate sim carsd etc..
I had handed over my documents via email and was chased for the documents by parvez [protected],, who refused to pickup calls after getting the documents and gave another number [protected].
Email was sent to '[protected]@andromeda.in' & vaishali. [protected]@andromeda.in, and i was promised that i would received emails after 2 days on status update and need not follow up on phone call.
Since there was no response i tried calling 2 mobile numbers but no response.. Also sent emails explaining my fears of misuse of kyc submitted, but still no response.
I am writing this and would follow up by an fir, since tomorrow if any misuse takes palce with my kyc i am covered.
Stay away from this company and better to approach banks directly

Do not trust commitment on andromeda employees. Very poor service experience we facing. No proper update on file no professional behaviour. One of the employee name shweta who's collect my loan file its almost 10 day but now he ignore my call and also not call back. I called many times on office number contact person name hema kulkarni but she also not provide proper solution. No co-ordination between employee, very pathetic reason i was listen from him also using abusing languages. Please all my personal experience very bad with people hema kulkarni and shweta from andromeda do not go with him.

Cheating and abuse by home loan agent ranjeet singh - 9920877738 (andromeda loans)

I am Sameer Sharad Shirke, currently residing at, Thane west..
On 29th April 2016 I got a call from Mr. Ranjeet Singh (Andromeda Loans) asking for my Home Loan Transfer from PNB to ICICI.As I had no issues with my previous bank PNB I asked him if it is possible for him to transfer my loan without spending anything from my pocket, He assured me to transfer my Home Loan without spending anything from my pocket.
He sent me the confirmation email from his official email ID about processing fees waiver. (Email from Ranjeet singh attached)
During entire process I spent total Rs. 12000/- (Twelve Thousand rupees) as processing fees which Ranjeet had assured to refund after loan disbursement. After the entire process at a very slow speed on 5th of July 2016 evening subordinate of Mr.Ranjeet Singh handed over me the ICICI bank cheque (SMS proof screenshot attached). Since cheque was disbursed on 30th June 2016 but due to negligence and slow work of Ranjeet Singh I received the cheque on 5th of July 2016.
Because of this I had to pay 5 days interest Rs. 4100/- to ICICI bank.
After knowing this on 8th of July 2016 I called Mr. Ranjeet Singh several times but he did not pick my call. On 11th of July he assured me to refund o[censored]nnecessarily interest deducted from ICICI (Rs. 4100/-). He also assured me the refund of Processing fees (Rs 12000/-) before 30th July 2016.
Since 11th of July 2016 there was no update from Ranjeet Singh or his subordinate, I used to follow up with them after every 2 days. Ranjeet never used to pick up my calls.
On 25th July 2016 Ranjeet picked up my call and without listening anything started abusing me (he used words like ‘Bhenchod’, ‘Madarchod’, ‘Chutiya’).
I could not believe on my ears, I did not reverted him with the same language as I am a well-educated person working with a big organization, I could not come down to his level or his grade.
After that, there is no update from Mr. Ranjeet Singh about my total loss (12000/- + 4100/- = 16100/-) nor any apology from him about abusing he did to me.
I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover my loss as well as apology letter from Ranjeet Singh for abusing me over phone.
You are requested to kindly consider my complaint and take strict action.

I took home loan of Rs 41.00 Lacs from Bajaj

This is a complaint agst andromeda loans. Person called mangesh pawar visted in regards to my hrequiredment of housing loan. He has collected papers frim me on 30th octeber 2013. It was agreed for some reason if I do not go ahead with the loan he would return back papers to me. I hv tried calling him but he is not answering my calls. His sincere nilesh is also like this. I Ajit Gaikar worked with Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd as a Quality analyst. My D.O.J. was 08/10/2010 till 15/01/2012.Reporting manager Ms. Tanya D'cruz. I also gave my one month notice period as per the company policies. H.R. told me to visit on 25/03/2012 to received the full & final amount,than they told me that there is a problem will sending the attendance output of January your name is missing.Than they ask me to come on 15/04/2012.On 15/04/2012 H.R. told me to visit on 25/04/2012.Again on 25/04/2012 H.R. told me to visit on 15/05/2012. & i we no recived the full & final amount till yet.

ALL bull people are there in andromeda how come our ceo pan number is coming in the salary slip. Bangalore hr dept is worst part i don't know what hell VP is doing on this cheating all the consultancy by taking candidates not making payments i think its not a company its a some[protected].jocob look once in bangalore when you came that time they kept flowers when you went they given back the flowers they brow it for rent flowers also so cheep company.HR dept .admin dept . operations .all are very big games players i should not mentioned names dept hr .& admin this two are the main in andromeda Bangalore and all employee bonus they have eaten .salary don't ask when they will give that time we need to take ,if this is the case iam sure media will reach soon for Andromeda .......please take care of this complaint try to resolve this problem at least save company which grown up the market for India becoz of some people don't lose a good market name i hope this will be taken care ....

Hi this is PRAFUL HAMBARDE here had worked in ANDROMEDA - (Sakinaka) branch in year 2006 for TATA AIG Life Insurance about (2 yrs).As recently i had joined new company i.e ICICI standard insurance & their respective HR department is asking for Andromedas relieving & experience letter so in that case i had contacted HR of Sakinaka branch Mr. Yogesh Khade but he is not responding my call & he is not ready to meet me .As right this is a very critical condition for me cause if i not submitted the documents i will be TERMINATED from my job itself & today was the last date itself so plse take some action against my matter .Otherwise i had to take some serious action for this company.My contact no is [protected] & my email-id is praful.[protected]@yahoo.com

my Self Kishor M. Patil From Pune, Maharashtra. i am ex-employee of Andromeda Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Before 2 yrs Back i am left that job but still today onward i am received my PF amount in my A/C.
when i left the job after 3 month i am submit my PF Form in Respected Andromeda Pune Office. after that two time i am submit my form again in Andromeda office becoz they loss my 1st form & they says submit your form with bank form.
so now 3 time i got conformation SMS from Bandra PF Office also i am receiving letter regarding PF amt Cheque dispatch for withdrawn to credit my PF amount in my A/C.

This is to bring to your notice that i have applied for Vodafone MNP dated - 07.09.11 from ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD which is successfuly done.
I have received a call from (ANDROMEDA MARKETING PVT LTD) he told me that my monthly rental plan will be Rs. 199 and i will get free 24500 sec local and STD.
Today Dated - 24.09.11, i received wellcome letter from Vodafone and in that my monthly rental plan mentioned is Rs. 299 and free 12000 sec local and STD.
When i called to Customer care person he told me that for doing marketing Mr. Bhushan had given you wrong information.
I feel cheated now because i activated the plan for the benifits told to me or else i was happy with my old service provider.
If this type of marketing done by Vodafone or on behalf of Vodafone i think spoiling the Vodafone name.
I request you to help in this matter.

Purchased a post paid mobile connection under Porting of TATA Indicom number

This is state you that I am holding a TATA Indicom number since last 3 years, I got call from Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd (Priti Shetty-[protected]) on 25 Apr 11 and offered me to port this number to Vodafone with better post paid plan and also assured for surprise gift on 1st billing. He send a person in my office (Mr. Gajanan) who collect all the required documents from me and Rs. 369/- and handover me a Vodafone sim card and confirm that after verification it will activated within 8 days. Physical/telephonical verification was taken place within 7 days time and my old number (ie. TATA Indicom) had been stoped (incoming/outgoing) and vodafon number not started yet. I approched to Vodafone gallary/customer care and Andromeda but no one entertained my problem and my existing and usefull mobile number is stoped since last one month and I am helpless as I did a mistake to accept the offer from Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd.

It is regards that we have not received bonus this year. from long time we are getting the bonus, but this year we have not received, when we ask for bonus in concerned department, we dint get any proper response.. it is very difficult to continue our jobs. Overcharge / Fraud amount charged for Car Loan

This is in regards my Car Loan which I had opted from TATA where Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd was an agency through which I had got the Loan . Tele-Marketing Executive name Meshar Khan was handling my case . As my earlier housing loan was also done through Andromeda from CitiBank which was done very effectively & without any hidden charges & very transparent deal by an Executive name Hemant this time I had blindfolded trust on Andromeda & had beleive Meshar Khan words were I had been asked to pay Rs.5000 for bank processing fees & stamp duty for which I had not received any details from Bank & an additional amount of Rs.3995 which they had not given any references charges or clarity . Since my earlier relation with Andromeda was healthy initially I thought that while speaking with Meshar Khan it will be sorted but past 5- 6 days she is not responding to my call & only giving excuses , Require my excess money back .

Idea Cellular — overcharging and not transparency in the service
Hi I am using Idea from last few months, my no is [protected]. Resently one of my friend brought docomo GSM card and idea start me charging STD rate for it. Then i have launch complain for that but till that my bill cross the usable limit due to there fault my actual bill was 640Rs and i have been forced to pay 2000Rs. Now after 4 days again they have block my outgoing and asking to 1500Rs. and saying after bill genration it will be added to owercharge amt will be revert back to the account.Its ridiculous as its there system fault not my.
This is in regards my Car Loan which I had opted from Megna Finance where Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd was an agency through which I had got the Loan . Tele-Marketing Executive name Parveen Mob No Is [protected], [protected], [protected] was handling my case . were I had been asked to him to pay our Rs.53000 . Since my earlier relation with Andromeda was healthy initially while we are calling mr parveen mob no the all the has been switched off.it will be sorted past 5- 6 weeks he is not responding to us, Require my excess money back .
This is in regards with the provident fund application submitted with your combined company Prosales Financial Services for which i had applied around a year and a half ago but still have no
reply about it from either of the companies . This was really a great responce from the company for the service provided by me . thanks for your support would never recommend this company to anyone .
