Dear Andromeda Team,

I am writing this to raise a formal complaint against Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd regarding non-payment of DSA payout for successfully disbursed loan files.
I have been associated as a DSA with Andromeda for the past year.
I logged over Above 1000 loan cases.
I have not been provided with any MIS reports, payout status, or tracking IDs.
Despite multiple follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and calls, there has been no resolution or response.
I am also being blocked from working with other DSAs, which is unethical and harmful to my career.
This situation is causing me mental stress and financial loss, and I request Andromeda to:

1. Release all pending payouts immediately
2. Provide a full MIS/tracking status report
3. Allow me the freedom to work with other DSAs without interference
I have all evidence, confirmation emails, and screenshots ready and can share them with the appropriate authorities if needed.

I hope this complaint will lead to quick and fair action.
