Anganwadi — anganwadi food not getting for my child

I am prasanta sethy. I was getting anganwadi govt. Food for my child till 6months only, due to some personal reason i couldn't go for few month to collect food... But when i went she told me that my survey has been delisted. Again asking for unnecessary documents and not coordinating properly. She is asking to come again and again as she has busy scheduled.
Also i asked her for her supervisor contact no, she refused to give the same.
Also i have checked on the register that these womens are writting in pencils instead of pen. So that they can easily rub the names whenever they want. There is no transparency for this process. No complain board shown anywhere.
Not getting proper help from anyone.
