Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that the Laxmi Nagar 1st cross kakati T&D Belgaum at post kakati 591113.
The anganwadi teacher is not distributing food properly to the poor people's whenever we ask she said only one thing "govt not give sufficient food to distribute if you have any problem go and complaint".
My humble request that please arrange surprise visit to check the stock which is in there store...

She is not distributing govt supplies eggs and milk properly. One month she will give another month won't give the ration. If we ask anything, she is behaving rudely and suggest to register a complaint against her....

They are not responding to anything like about applying schemes for pregnant women, supplying medicines to pregnant women, very reckless behaviour, ....

Near our anganvadi teacher distributes sugar- one small tea glass, , milk powder - 2small tea glass, pushti powder one pack for 18 month baby. No other items are issued like jaggery, egg, green gram, kadale kalu, peanuts, toor dal. Nothing . All in small quantity.if we ask questions to them why not giving all other items and what all giving is also in small quantity, they said if you are interested please take this or else leave this also....

Now my wife is 5 months pregnant, so as per the central and state government scheme every pregnant should get food items like milk packet, rice, eggs, oil and daal as i know. I reside in bangarappa nagar, bangalore, ward no. 96. Their is anganwadi center with the teacher named mamtha. I had given her the details for mother card registration in her anganwadi center around 4 months back. But, she has not registered yet. She has also taken rs. 1000 from me for registration, but actually it should be done for no cost.
Now, when i call her to ask about registration, she speaks were rudely and uses unethical...

The anganwadi teacher in kammakandriga gramapanchayath do fraud. She doesn't give the foods to pregnant ladies, delivered woman and also childrens properly. Sometimes she calls us and when we go there she shows more than one place to sign. And when we ask about the food supply she tells we collected food items in all months. When we questioned about food she and the ayah barks against us. They asks you don't have the need for these items....

This is to inform about an anganwadi teacher by name latha in ward 13, mallasandra, t. Dasarahalli. Her behavior and attitude toward people coming for various reason is very rude. She speaks arrogantly and will be on leave on most of the days. I'm nagaraju, located at rahamath nagar, yousufguda, hyderabad, 500045. Our anganwadi center located bangaru maisamma temple, rahamath nagar. Here anganwadi nurses are collecting money for child vaccination: rs: 20/- to 30/-; pregnancy tt injection: rs:20/-; for new card: rs:20/- and so many categories with different rates.

Please take an action on this and rectify the problem asap....

In our anganwadi they are not giving eggs and milk properly, they are giving loose milk which is diluted with water, it was also given only once in a weak, they gave only 3 eggs, please take actn, ths is nt benifitial for pregnants benifitial for anganwadi workers. The anm doesnt gave any medicatn, when we ask about milk they told that their superiors orderd them not to give milk packets...

Our anganvadi is not allowing ration for pregnant womens properly. When i asked about this, the anganvadi worked said that the ration is out of stock since april 2018. On may 2018 again i asked for the ration but the anganvadi worker sunithi misbehaved with me.
I delivered my baby on may 25th 2018 till this day the anganvadi worker or helper didn't enquire about the child or inform us about the vaccinations. As the condition...

This is Krishna from Punyapu Street, Srikakulam Town, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, in my area there is Anganwadi Teacher named as Sandyarani handling this anganwadi position from past 7 years. Actually the thing is there is only 01 children are studying at her but she is taking huge products like eggs, daal, oil packets, rice bags etc etc from government. She is showing all fake documents to anganwadi officers...

The head of aganwadi no 101 in shahdara delhi name shikha and her asistant satyawati and other ladies who daily gather there in morning by 9.00 am and create loud noise in the residential area where they hire a shop in residential building and wen ever we request them no tot create noise she said it is our office and we can do any thing, you have no right to say anything to us.

I want to know why yoyu hire such laides who donot...

India does not fall under them so they told me to go to near by anganwadi which is next to that there also anganwadi teacher scolded me like anything as if she was my high school teacher and insulted me much being a pregnant again i went to Tavakere Govt maternity hospital then they told me go to dispensary near Bilal Masjid so there they said we cannot do come next day as the main staff member is not available so next they they made my child card and there they told me make sure this card will be registered to the anganwadi of my area so there they gave me so many numbers i called almost all the anganwadi teachers Blikis,
Tehmeena, salma Kavitha and they all only gave me wrong address to go here and there they didn't help at all and then when i chucked they said we cannot do registration for u because i don't fall under their area they all were rude and not at all helpful can it be checked and tell then where we should go and do the necessities

Anganwadi teacher behaviour is to much rude towards meh... when I went to anganwadi to register my details she started ignoring me...why because I belong to Muslim community frm others she behaviour very good there are Telugu religious...n her behaviour is to much rude on meh when I said to take my details directly she said noo to meh not even listening my words bussy in her mobile...

We are eligible family for anganwadi befits, but we are not getting any benefits out of it, anganwadi teacher is not taking the details of my kid and ours to register. Not only me and there are other laborer(poor) people who still did not get the benefits of it. Please consider this complaint and help us if possible.

When we went anganvadi's, staff telling like stock is not available like milk and eggs and ysr kit, even we went daily they were told like have rice and sambar and go. We will stock when it is available but they didn't gave. They treated like beggars.

Even we informed to their supervisor but no change. In our area nobody get proper benifits. Please please take a action on this.

As soon as possible. Thank you.
