Anganwadi — construction of work at dangerous place

A new construction anganwadi center home work start at-achyut pur, po/block-dharamsa, panchayat-abhya pur, dist jajpur. The anganwadi construction place is dangerous for our little children because a big pond near it. If any children slip this pond who can responsible?, so our village some peoples complain against that work through sub-collector on dt-10.8.18 to stopped this work & sub-collector through a written to cdpo & ari to stopped that work. Also cdpo visit this place & stopped this work. But last 15 days the contractor not obey it & he start work. So kindly take necessity action as soon as possible.
