Anganwadi — From 4 years rejecting us to register by telling one or the other reason

Hi Sir/Madam

By the time I conceived till today she is rejecting us to register for food by telling one or the other reason. Now my sons age is 3 years old and she is refusing us to register. Her repoting also telling her to register but she is not. She has to treat every one has same.. But this is not happening here.
