Anganwadi — my complaint against the anganwadi staff

Dear team,
I am sonali and my complaint is about the anganwadi staff's behavior. They are not behaving well and politely with consumers and also they not providing food which are given by government for us. They are giving many reasons for not providing food.
I kindly request you too take action as soon as possible since we are suffering becouse of them.
