Anganwadi — Not allowing to withdraw my kid name from the school

Dear sir/madam,

This is sudhakar behera. Villege-guhalipada, post-jamsuli, dist-balasore, odisha, pin-756081. I have summited withdraw application of my kid sai susanket behera several times to the head of guhalipada, balasore anganwadi center as i am not staying at my villege since one year. But the the teacher mrs nayak is not deleting the name from the register and eating the all foods provided by the govt.
