I am feeling my marketing executive Mayank Bhavsar & my dealer Payal bhattar cheat me & also after informing to feedback of angel broking they are behaved like playing a juggling ball

My problem is

Due to payal bhattar’s mistake I am facing auction Problem on...

My client id is AKII1004 & I had made intraday fno transactions on:
*12/Sept/2024- Nifty 27050, 26950, 26850 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-6819.15)
*09/Sept/2024- Midcpnifty 14400 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-1473.13)
*03/Sept/2024- Finnifty 25900 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-3897.42)
*28/March/2024- Nifty 25000, 24250 CE Intraday order loss of rupees (-87, 071.64)
I very sad and mentally distrubed by angel one services for fooling us customers by giving purposely loss and from a long time angel one is doing this to me i had compaint many times on angel one customer care number and they assure me that my order is a intraday order and i have not worry it will automatically closed by angel one.
I had made intraday orders in fno but when i exit them all in my order section around 3:00 pm the orders did not exit and remains open for whole day and for those same time i had complaint on angel one customer care number and they assure me that my order is a intraday order and i have not worry it will automatically closed by angel one but when i see my account next day the huge loss is mine.
Above four orders were placed in intraday orders and when i tried to exit it around 3:00 pm they did'nt and still remain open whole day and each day on the transaction i called customer care of angel one and they assured me that i have not to worry and this a intraday transaction will be closed by angel one automatically but next they the huge loss is mine. Now i can'nt take this anymore i have taken the loan for repaying loss amount on 40% p.a. So, Please help me in this issue for recovery of my loss amount as soon as possible.

Sir, I am Chanda Kumari, father Mr. Gopal Poddar, Village Post- Khamhar Police Station, Mufasil District, Begusarai State, Bihar, a daily wage laborer and poor general public. When I went to withdraw money for my studies and marriage, I came to know that the company has closed down. To withdraw money from this company, we did many things. I have gone to many places like offices, courts, police stations, till now I have not got anything. Due to this, I am not only losing my studies but also the land in my house has been sold. Now I have no other option left except committing suicide with my family, so you all. Sir, I have a humble request to help me in getting the money stuck in Angel Agritech Limited company so that I can save my family.

I Kalyan Chatterjee having Trading Code SIEY11029 want to register complaint regarding my position taken on 19.10.23 of ITC 450 CE OCT 23 bought at 4.90 and i was was able to sold on 9.15 am to 10.20 am today on 20.10.23 due to back office problems of Angel One.
Now the price 1.00 when system is update at 10.23 am.
who will bear this loss
Therefore you are requested to solve this issue otherwisw i will move to higher levels.

On the website of Angelone, the brokerage of the company for equity delivery is zero in the discount broking plan. I contacted 4 sub-dealers of Angelone, but they said that Rs. 20/- is a flat rate for equity delivery, and none of them are interested in the zero brokerage equity delivery plan. Some sub-brokers told me that there is no zero equity delivery plan, and it starts from Rs. 20 onwards. If there is such a plan (as listed on the Angelone website), why are your franchisees and local sub-brokers not providing such a facility, and why are you advertising for a zero equity-delivery brokerage plan?

Intra trading order is not executed, after order is excuited it rejected or show me in pending. it cause me to bear loss. customer care number is not responded.

This is in regards with the brokerage charged for my trading on 16th & 17th Aug amounting to approx 2800 Rs for 12 trades, which is not as per standards.

Charges for per trade is 20 but its been charged for one lot .

Above this there is no response from concerned representative and my calls are ignored.

Kindly check & revert on this.

On 2/08/23 I sold two shares CERA and NIIT. The DP charged for the sale should have been 47.20 (@ 23.60 per share). Instead I was charged double, which is 94.40. I made many calls today to resolve the issue. 6 times the calls were dropped, and the ones that got answered didn't result in anything. Nobody could give me any explanation about the double charge. The amount may be small, but how you can trust the broker with bigger amounts then?
I got 2 emails that the problem was resolved, but it was not. Waiting for the resolution.

Angel One charged rupees 100 per lot which is against the declaration in the website no matter what is the volume of transaction in intraday trading the brokerages will be Rs. 20 per order ".

Agent Mr. Anand Parmar (Mob.No – [protected]) misguided me and compelled me to purchase and sell wrong shares so as to maximize the company's charges and increase his commission. From this it is very clear that your broker/agent has cheated me by misguiding me to trade in wrong stocks, for your company’s benefit and his personal gain.

I have been charged much more then current actual brokerage charges by Angel Broking.
Normally with all users Angel broking taki 20 rs per trade but in my case they have charged around 100 rs and more upto 1400 rs in a single trade. I called the customer care team and they told me my account is older account and they missed to apply new policies on my account due to which they deducted 100 rs per lot in each trade. If I sold 25 lots means they charged 2500 in a single trade as a brokerage. Now after request to customer care they applied new current policies as they are giving to everyone. But due to their side issue to not applying new Trade policy on older account they have taken 29000 of brokerage which is much higher then all other user's as well as other broker companies.
I am just requesting to kindly refund me my money which was excessively taken by Angel Broking as a name of brokerage with wrong policies and wrong charges.

Then I received the message of approval the payment and credited before 9:30pm.
But still now more than 24 hours (24 June 2023) payment in not credited in my bank account.

My client id is S329702. Today I was adding 20 thousands to my trading balance and it was deducted from my register account with federal bank.But my trading balance not showing my deducted balance.plz return my money to my trading account or my registered bank with demat account.

I deposited 4, 80, 000 in my demat account of angel broking, i got an email confirmation from angel broking but the funds are not showing in my trading balance i emailed the support staff and they said and send me a excel sheet of my account ledger/ statement that they have received my funds and added them in my trading balance but it is still not showing in my trading balance in the app, kindly resolve this issue ASAP or I’m going to file a lawsuit against angel broking for fraudulent stealing of my money.

yesterday I treding with angel one date :8/may 2023,
I am facing a big problem with angel one company & website. .approximately TIME 11am.

The problem is NIFTY 18300 CE sale Rs.35 QUANTITY 3600 angel one without my permission. After some time I got a mobile message from angel one message is ( your a/c is in debit of Rs.6701531. I CHECK MY ACCOUNT balance[protected]. then I call approximately 40 time plut angel customer care number is Customer Care Sanjeev Kumar [protected], [protected] not respond any one,
At approximately 13:52pm I got a call from Angel one Mr Samit Patil Number ([protected] say sir your account has balance (-62 lakh) scour up the tread 18300 CE. after 10mint these tread automatic skurup.
NOTE: I TALKED DIFFERENT 3 OFFICERS ECO NUMBER [protected], I am not sotisfid . I HAVE THE CALL RECORD.

I loss 105000/- approximately

Please I request you and your time please refund my amount

My terminal got updated with one wrong entries of banknifty 43500CE, which was trading around Rs.145 but entries shown as i sold at 76 which in rest i was in loss of 2500 which i profit by previous trade. Tried calling angel one for 1hr and no response. Please refund my hard earned money.

This is to inform you that, I was buy a Banknifty option on Friday 05.05.23 @ 348.81 price by carried forward mode and today 08.05.23 morning I have close my position @ 595.80 after many technically problems in broker application with above 6k profits. But after sometime again automatically my position was open by shot selling by @ 266 where i have no sufficient fund for short sell to options and after seen this matter immediately close my position manually by above 1k loss.
So, why trader suffer like this for broker technical problem? Even after informing Customer Care many times, there was no solution by their end. Maximum time call not connecting to their.
I have all trade order screenshot and i have to claim my profits from company by any how.

On 8th May 2023, 11.02am. My terminal got updated with 3 wrong entries of banknifty 43100CE, 43200CE and 45800CE which was trading around 280, 350 but entries shown as i sold at 158 and 221 which in rest i was in loss of 20, 500Rs. Tried calling angel one for 1hr and no response. Please refund my hard earned money.
