I have deposited 54000 in angel broking using net banking money got debited from my account and not credited to my angel broking account. Submitted follow up mail, each time they told like they will call and inform nothing such happened. There is a rm called jyoti singh, i don't what she is doing but each time give some nonsense and fraud response.
Not sure what to do, please take this as a complaint.

i think of changing my broker not enough support getting from the angel broking.
i have sent couple email but no response of any of the customer care agent. If you have account on angel broking means these people will behave like that, since they have many client not give potential attention to each client.

no need, your team responsibility i already know . too much irresponsible person
Last 4 days the angel broking site and app are not functional. Repeated complaints but they do not respond. Huge losses incurred as i could not buy or sell on time as site is dysfunctional. Terrible attitude of angel staff as they even disconnect the phone. The app sudenly hangs and does not show the security position as well as live market data.

      I havr registered in your website but i haven't received my login credentials and poa form or any account activation mail yet. I think my account verification process is not yet completed. Beacause my e-sign process is not completed. So, please check my account and help me to access it as soon as possible. Or else help me to delete my account or create a new one.

      I have enrolled for angel platinum as my RM insisted to do so. But I have not much fund to take this. They ask me to just enroll it and the money will deduct later but I don't want to access this offer. Kindly refund my money. Or else I have to close my account.

          Dear sir/medam, mr. Chand. Prakash sharma from angle broking called and offered me about your platinum research so i told him i will think about after 2 months and then told me as i opened new account so he want update my profile and he send me a mail and ask me to submit all questions.. He didn't give proper information about mail and one type of forced me to fill questions from mail, i have voice recording of this coversation.. So i filled and submit. By submitting, 5000 rs was debit from my account.. I hate this type of business policy.. Immediately cancel this service. And i dont want this of service and refund my money immedietly... Please send some process so that i can close my trading account with angel. From yesterday i called their team

              My id is C28733. Was was take a call on bankfifty PE 30800 BUY by Rs 141 and same time creat positions with Rs 150. Approx between 40 to 55 min maximam market was cross my target but my positions not executed by angel broking. Why??? Than market was going to down positions than i was changed my target and creat new positions with Rs 149. After that market going continue down side than was cancelled my positions rs 149. Some time later automatically my positions executed by market with losss of Rs 13600/-.

                    The rms based in delhi are nothing but sales executives and they are least interested in attending to your requests. The only thing they know to do when you call them is to pitch a sale for platinum or ask you to buy some mutual funds. I mean come on!!! A person who knows to do intraday trading and can understand all concepts of charts and technicals knows when to invest in mutual funds or shares.
                    I don't like dealing with sales reps and that is why i opted for an online account opening rather than approaching a referral firm. But still when i contact customer care, the only thing they do is to ask me to call my rm. Aren't margin leverage and brokerage charges all common for identical plans? Why is it so secretive that it cant be disclosed on email? I am only able to trade with the amount available in my account and not more than that. To add to it, the charges are confusing. Every few days i see a charge levied and customer care doesn't know what it is for. Being dp charges, being margin settlement charges. What are these things? I can understand when interest is charged. But what charges are these?
                    On one hand, they advertise that delivery trades are with 0 brokerage. But i get charged 15 rs even if i bought just one share on delivery basis.

I dont know why it was showing 0 amount of balance and when i clicked on sumamry then it was showing that 4269 rs was withdrawl but i didnt get any money in my bank account.                           I've transfered ₹1008 Thursday 21/11/19 in Starting And again i transfered ₹1600. Actually They've mentioned ₹0/Trade for Equity Delivery, And After i done 4 days trading. And i withdrawed ₹880 on 26th. The Ledger Balance is ₹-10. I lost whole ₹1700+.I have Screenshots of some but not from starting transfer amount. This was a hardwork money. And also i called customer care and they told you don't have balance for Withdrawal. Please Help me i just want my money back. And i never use or Invest in trading in Angel Broking. All are mentioning Angel Broking is a Scam Company. There is no record for money they have took from me. I know about trading and i didn't lost ₹1700 in trade.                               I subscribed for their platinum advisory services on[protected]. They said they will appoint a relationship manager who will advise me what to buy or sell. Till now i don't know who is my rm. They have kept boys to trap customers and then these boys disappear, there is no trace of them, they don't attend your phone calls. Then in couple of hours you get a whatsapp message with 10 company names selected randomly from bse 30 or nse 50 saying buy, there are no fundamental or technical advises on these companies, for this they charged me rs.5000/-pa. I have asked for the refund, hope they return the subscription amount paid by me since i am not satisfied with the platinum advisory service. I will keep you informed. Thanks

                                I am enrolled angel platinum and my rm say i will give you 1or advisory we will give you on but after purchase angel platinum he refused me he say me we are not give any advisory about intraday so telling please cancel my platinum service any refund my amount but he deny he told me after subscribe you are not able to cancel.

                                  I am trading with angel broking from last two year they charging 0.20 paise pere trade but as per the yesterday trading broker has charged wrong brokerage and report created contract note. Due to which my original amount is deducted and remaining margin is also decreased. This is a big mistake i have seen in my life if this is happen yes in with big amount then they are doing every time which i have not judged my times many types of charges have been deducted but not they want all money from customer. Same amount of trade i have done last week at that time they charged properly but yesterday they not calculated properly.

                                    Worst service ever i have an issue regarding the account suspension its been like six months and the issue is not resolved yet, i am really fed up with their service there has been multiple verifications but its is in suspended state, i need an explanation for this i dont even understand what kind of technical team they are having, i hope this issue will be resolved or else i am going stop my service for angel broking.

                                      Short Introduction i am small trader working in Equity Cash &Commodity .On 11.oct.2019 my total capital is 93, 000 Broker call Operator number[protected] call me and said i have a call in Options &Futures .I never Work in this segment &broker advisory you can check my history of trade as well .So i am not aware about Lots, brokerage &Charges ther give me two call of Bank Nifty First Call Profit 28, 980 & second call Loss -16, 950.After First Call executed i received a call from Broker Said about Charges Around 12.30p.m i am busy on that time i said ok about Charges but Before the Trade i Said call operator please make sure profit& loss not more than 10, 000 He said don't worry sir i personally watch your trade,
                                      In Evening around 11.00p.m i was Completely shocked when i received a contract note in this note brokerage charges 50, 000 in First call and Second call Charges 30, 000.Total Brokerage Charged 80, 000 and 14487 others Charges .My account in debit Next day I call to Mr.Abhishek Verma (Relationship Manager) & Call Operator admit there mistake he said to me don't worry sir we reimburse your brokerage amount Infact they Share Screenshot of Reimbursement mail as well.After few days i am not received any call or mail from there side so call operator boy he said Diwali Festival is near So my Senior's is not available Please call after Diwali .After Diwali Still not received any response as well i call to him (Operator) Today you received call from my Senior .On 2nd November i lodged a complaint in Angel broking mail id received[protected].service request number and mention We are looking into your said query and will reply to you within 2 working days or sooner.

                                      But[protected] still i am not received any Response From broker side or Angel Broking Side .Please help me regarding this i have all call recording in which Operator said About reimbursement and admit there mistake because my total capital is 93000 .Brokerage is 80, 000.He knows very well about my unawareness in Options. Company work for brokerage not for investors .I hope you give Positive response.

                                        Today i have received call from person aayush from angel broking. I told him i don't want to open deemat account. Today at evening i wrongly text him by thinking that he another guy but he told me that why you registered you number at our company. Is it ethical behavior of a person. I was planning to open at past but i have changed my mind. So who is he to say that.
