Spider Software Complaints & Reviews

Hello sir/madam, i am manjeet singh from punjab gurdaspur. I have enquired about spider software from delhi then they transferred my number to ludhiana branch. And one day i got a call from mr rakesh from ludhiana branch and told me about spider software. I agreed to buy that software but he told me not to transfer the amount into company account becouse he told me that i am coming to you then i will download that software into pc and after that you can give 60000 for software purchase. He offered me 10% discount so that i gave him rs 54000. He also told me that u have to spend atleast 3 months to practise this software so till that i can suggest you which stock you should buy or sell. I said okey. But after 10 days software which is downloaded by mr rakesh was expired. He again reactivate that software and it is again expired after further 10 days. Then i realised that he gave me demo software against my 54000. He also suggest me to buy bajaj auto sep future @2952 and i suffered loss of rs60000 in that trade. So now i am complaining to recover my amount. Otherwise i will take necessery actions against the company and mr rakesh from ludhiana branch.[protected] this is the number of rakesh.

I purchase the software from Spider software india since last 1 year and i am not sarisfied with the service they are providing to me, i have to call them almost daily for some or the other issues but they are not taking any serious steps .i also complained to the head office which is located in mumbai, one of the contact number of the company is [protected].i am mentally very depressed due to this kind of disturbance to my work
