Angel Broking Complaints & Reviews

I am a member of angel broking firm.
The company has been delaying the transferring of securities for as many as 81- 10 days, inspite of receiving the payments against my securities the very next day itself. This means that the money is in their accounts by the t+2 in which case it is illegal for them to hold on to my securities beyond t+2.

The major problem faced by me is keeping a track of securities which can be misused by the broker. Also, i am prevented from selling the same as i cannot deliver the same as they do not show in my demat account. My major fear is that the broker can retain any benefits which are rightfully mine in terms of dividends, bonus shares or splits announced by any company in which i have purchased securities.

Please help me to resolve this issue at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that i have 1200 yes bank share. I got a call from angel broking side 9march 2020.10:39 am told made the payment. Till 12:00pm today either your 1200 yes bank share will be square off. As you check time after i receive a call i will done payment 24000 & 1600/- as you check attachment file. I made the payment today's 11:16am then 11:49 my share sold by you why?.
Again i tried to call many more time but i no one can picking my call attachment already added.
It's totally mentally harassment by angel broking side. I got harassed who will be responsible. Again as discussed with kiran and his senior told give me 10-15 mints but still no response.

Team need to resolve either i'll raise fir against you bzc you guys totally harrased me. Customer support team totally useless.

Who will be responsible for my financially and mentally harassments?. As you check the attachment i tried to call 50+ times. But no one responding. After payment why my share sold?

Again i mailed to support but after 4 reminder no response by angerl team again i called today atleast 40 tims but after picking a call then hangup it's totally harrasment yar totally

I received the mail for margin shortfall to hold the delivery stock early morning without prior intimation so i had word with executive so he told me if you want to hold the share you paid the amount otherwise everything sold out by end of the day so i paid the amount of 2lakhs which is more than my shortfall even i received the payment acknowledgement after my share of 3lakhs has been sold in 1.77lakhs.

I drop lots of mails to support as well compliance team but no one given the resolution to this incident so i need justice on my capital which has been sold.

Hi, my account has been suspended without prior notice. Account id bnga317. Kindly re-activate the account as soon as possible. Actually this should not be suspended as i have active ipo shares in it. I am not able to access the same. The account was suspended on 11-mar-2020. This is critical as there are active ipo shares which are allocated in this account. There was no response from the broker even after calling multiple times.

I have sent an email for closing the account. This was told to me by the customer care rm of angel broking, that in order to close an account, i need to send an email, so they will be sending a closure form which i need to submit to the nearby angel broking office. But, in this case the account was immediately inactivated without any further intimation that too with an active ipo shares. There is no response to the email by the support team on the resolution of the same. I would request the angel broking support team to revert back immediately

मैंने एंजेल ब्रोकिंग में तीन महीने रेगुलर मेहनत करके अपने खुद के रेफरल से डीमेट अकॉउंट ओपन करवाए थे जिनका मुझे वाउचर मिलना था पहले तो बोल रहे थे की 45 दिन में मिल जायेंगे और अब बोल बोल रहे है की आपको नहीं मिलेंगे ! इसके लिए में काफी बार मेल भेज चूका हु लेकिन फिर भी मना किये जा रहे ! और जिन जिन अधिकारियो से मेरी बात होती थी उन सभी ने मेरा मोबाइल नंबर ब्लॉक लिस्ट में कर दिया और अभी मेरी किसी से भी बात नहीं हो रही है

Angel broking has been charging me rs.100 per lot for f&o trading, with banknifty lot being only 20, i bought 40 lots and sold 40 lots and booked rs.8155 profit on 03-03-20 however angel broking charged rs.8000 as broking charges. This isnt fair as they advertise rs.20 per trade. When i contacted the customer service they said your contract has rs.100 as brokerage charges per lot. This is clearly differential treatment for their customer base, when i contacted their customer service they said they could change it to rs.20 per trade going forward however they can't go back and refund anything as they are already deducted for this trade. The charges are exorbitant and while i am taking the risk they are the ones making money. Please help against this ruthless discriminatory goons. They also charged similar brokerage on 30-01-20 when i lost rs.53000.

With due respect and humble submission i wish to lay down following few lines. Please deactivate my angel platinum service and refund my amount i have no need of these service, last one month daily request but not solution client id u 17127. Member says your request forward and process but not solution in last two months. Kindly action and for your info please

I have deposited 54000 in angel broking using net banking money got debited from my account and not credited to my angel broking account. Submitted follow up mail, each time they told like they will call and inform nothing such happened. There is a rm called jyoti singh, i don't what she is doing but each time give some nonsense and fraud response.
Not sure what to do, please take this as a complaint.

No support was provided regarding trading and all... No training provided to me... No one was picking my calls... Really furstrated with this organisation... I requested to all... Prakash sharma from angle broking called and offered me about your platinum research so i told him i will think about after 2 months and then told me as i opened new account so he want update my profile and he send me a mail and ask me to submit all questions.. He didn't give proper information about mail and one type of forced me to fill questions from mail, i have voice recording of this coversation.. So i filled and submit. By submitting, 5000 rs was debit from my account.. I hate this type of business policy.. Immediately cancel this service. And i dont want this of service and refund my money immedietly... Please send some process so that i can close my trading account with angel. From yesterday i called their team

My id is C28733. Was was take a call on bankfifty PE 30800 BUY by Rs 141 and same time creat positions with Rs 150. Approx between 40 to 55 min maximam market was cross my target but my positions not executed by angel broking. Why??? Than market was going to down positions than i was changed my target and creat new positions with Rs 149. After that market going continue down side than was cancelled my positions rs 149. Some time later automatically my positions executed by market with losss of Rs 13600/-.

I have transferred rs. 50, 000/- online for investment purpose through google pay to the sub broker in part payments of rs. 30, 000/- in the month of may 2019, rs.10, 000/- & rs. 10, 000/- in the month of june 2019.

The rms based in delhi are nothing but sales executives and they are least interested in attending to your requests. The only thing they know to do when you call them is to pitch a sale for platinum or ask you to buy some mutual funds. I mean come on!!! A person who knows to do intraday trading and can understand all concepts of charts and technicals knows when to invest in mutual funds or shares.
I don't like dealing with sales reps and that is why i opted for an online account opening rather than approaching a referral firm. But still when i contact customer care, the only thing they do is to ask me to call my rm. Aren't margin leverage and brokerage charges all common for identical plans? Why is it so secretive that it cant be disclosed on email? I am only able to trade with the amount available in my account and not more than that. To add to it, the charges are confusing. Every few days i see a charge levied and customer care doesn't know what it is for. Being dp charges, being margin settlement charges. What are these things? I can understand when interest is charged. But what charges are these?
On one hand, they advertise that delivery trades are with 0 brokerage. But i get charged 15 rs even if i bought just one share on delivery basis.

I was having continuous phone call from angel broking services to my enrolled mobile number for platinum service and i enrolled for angel platinum service on 24/12/2019 as they assured they will provide good quality research advise but i didn't receive any research advise and only wrong market strategy cancel my platinum membership and refund my 5000₹ back i am not satisfied with your service
