Anil Technologies — poor customer service

Updated by Kaushal rauniyar Ola does not have proper customer service . My Ola App was not working properly and after some all accounts got blocked suddenly And I use OLA twice in a day for office . Whenever I am calling OLA Customer care they are saying to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com . But got only one reply from [protected]@olacabs.com that I have violated OLA Policy so account is permanently blocked . But they are not specifying which policy got violated as I have not anything .
