I had purchased Infiny Pro soundbar through Flipkart. I reported complaint in October 23 within warranty period of 18 months. The ticket no provided is TNW[protected]. After numerous reminders over their email support.[protected]@anker.com they arranged pickup of product and confirmed on phone that a replacement will be shipped soon. Again after countless reminders, few days back they provided a fake docket no of Smart R courier. When reported to them, they are now not replying. Their toll free number is also not working.
