I had purchased Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro but its case started losing charge very frequently. I claimed for warranty and they picked up the product. Now, they are saying the product if out of stock, even when the product is still sold on Amazon and Flipkart. Now they are not responding to my emails or calls. Need help....

Warranty not provided for a soundcore select pro purchased from flipkart.
which was auto turns on and i am unable to get the product just because out of stock in warranty godown. also they were offered me a cheaper products and forced me to accept the same.
