Replacement not shipped TNW843972629
I had purchased Infiny Pro soundbar through Flipkart. I reported complaint in October 23 within warranty period of 18 months. The ticket no provided is TNW[protected]. After numerous reminders over their email support.[protected]@anker.com they arranged pickup of product and confirmed on phone that a replacement will be shipped soon. Again after countless reminders, few days back they provided a fake docket no of Smart R courier. When reported to them, they are now not replying. Their toll free number is also not working. I think that they have done fraud with me.

Warranty Claim for defective Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro

I had purchased Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro but its case started losing charge very frequently. I claimed for warranty and they picked up the product. Now, they are saying the product if out of stock, even when the product is still sold on Amazon and Flipkart. Now they are not responding to my emails or calls. Need help.

Warranty not provided for a soundcore select pro purchased from flipkart.
which was auto turns on and i am unable to get the product just because out of stock in warranty godown. also they were offered me a cheaper products and forced me to accept the same.
