Dear Sir, I am a resident of WZ-16/5 Plot No 71 Ram Nagar Extn Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018. The builder had built G+3 floors + 3 car parking space. on this plot. All he had sold to different people. Now he has also sold the terrace of the building to a different guy. This guy has started construction on the terrace i.e construction of 4th floor and there is no parking space for 4th floor and there is nothing spot of the building on right hand side and left hand side I have also complaint to MCD office and THE J.E and E.E are not taking any action in this mater and i have also complaint to Police and they had also not taken any action. Is it valid ??? Since MCD has not given the permission of building 4th on any plot in Delhi area then how anyone can build 4th floor. It is a crime and should be treated in that way only. Another important thing is that building pillars are not able to bear any extra load of this 4th floor. So several lives are in danger. I would request you to kindly depute your team to site do the necessary action so that many precious lives can be saved. In case of any miss-happening the concerned officers responsible for this unauthorized construction shall be hold responsible. It is therefore requested to get the unauthorized construction demolished so that many precious lives can be saved I hope you will do the justice against my complaint.
