Our company is based on research & selling of goods online.So we are supposed to use internet on daily basis for most of the time.We are Hathway(now GTPL) costumer since past two years.Before that using BSNL broadband-tired of connectivity & speed issues, so switched over to double costly Hathway palns.We are using best plan offered by GTPL of 2 mbps speed & 20GB to use for 1 month.
Initial year service was good & up to the mark, but after six months it shown its true colors. Connectivity & speed was worst.We complain the nodal officer, they send technician, technician visit our company, solve the query & go back.For few days, say 1 week/2 week at most net will work properly, again same issues & same cycle goes on.
But from last 7 days our broad band is not at all working.We are trying to communicate our nodal officer & technician as well but they are not receiving our phone calls.This is the worst service offered to any client.I would suggest GTPL kindly shut down your industry or change the nodal officer.I would definetly request everyone plz. dont buy any broadband connection or any other product from GTPL!!
