We have received the above watch from you Yesterday. To our surprise, it was not GETTING ON after charging for four hours. We got disappointed with this kind of service extended by you.
You also mentioned that you have to return within 3 days notice after receiving. But since today is Saturday, we are in NOIDA. wherein to commute to Gurgaon will be very difficult. Hence we request you to REFUND OUR MONEY WITHOUT FAIL. ONCE YOU REFUND THE MONEY (CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT) you can send your representative to pick up this FAULTY PIECE.
