My cylinders regulator broke in front of delivery guy without any fault of my own..when i asked for free replacement, the gas agency staff behaved in a rude manner and asked to pay rs.250 for the new regulator ..i kindly need to look into the issue and provide me with refund for the defective regulator provided by the gas agency.
