My cylinders regulator broke in front of delivery guy without any fault of my own..when i asked for free replacement, the gas agency staff behaved in a rude manner and asked to pay rs.250 for the new regulator ..i kindly need to look into the issue and provide me with refund for the defective regulator provided by the gas agency....

I am Haribaskar gas no:36696, I have booked through ivrs number, My booking details:
bookng no:398150 received nov 6, 2013, cash memo [protected] received sms nov9,
i am properly received your all service.but in this time your gas supply boy not deliverd gas properly, nov13 I have a received cancelld message how is its possible, I am told supplier arumugam but not responsible, he is lied, kindly co-operate...
