Annamalai University — Although Appeared for exam published as absent in result

I wrote all exams and i sent answer scripts to the university 360 and 370 at once..but in the result for the subject 360 it's showing absent..i sent a mail on the result published date .

I already received a mail from Annamalai University on Jan 1st 2022 to wait for checking of result 10 to 15 days and i am also attaching the screenshot here about the wrong publication in result as absent although I appeared for exam..it's almost nearly more than 75 days but till now i didn't got any information about my result...Due to this much delay two of my job offers were rejected and also my higher education plan is failed..so i request you to please check ..
Note :- From the declaration of result on 29th Dec 2021 to till date I sent nearly 60 to 80 mails to raise the issue.but till now they are not responding...please help me
