I have applied for retrieval of degree for two courses, bcom and mhrm respectively. My enrollment numbers for both the courses are as follows:

I had sent the convocation letter along with required documents on 08/05/2018 which had already been received by you on 10/05/2018. I have also paid additional fast tracking of 500/- for each the course.

Since i need these certificates for my work visa, request you to provide a status as i am unable to get through the telephone numbers provided on your website.
