Annamalai University — Convocation certificate not received yet

Hello,
I have completed my MSc Geology ( CBCS - Dept of Earth Science) from Annamalai university (Regular). The final year exams was held in 2021 and results published on July 2021. I got my provisional certificate by November 2021. I had applied for Convocation certificate and the amount mentioned for the convocation certificate is paid on the university cash counter. But till now i have not received the cirtificate or any communication. Kindly request you to send my convocation certificate by post. It is very urgent for my future studies.
