Annamalai University — fee refundable for discontinuing bds course

I have discontinued my bds course at aug 7 2018 and got my certificates on the next 2 days.. But still there is no information about my amount refundable that i should be transfered to my account. I gave my bank passbook xerox and requestation letter too. I have waited for more than an month for this amount to be credit. So please say some information about our money that to be refundable.. As per the rules of tn medical council.
