Annamalai University — huge delay in receiving convocation certificate

It has been around 6 months that i'm trying to receive my convocation certificate from annamalai university. I've been trying to reach help desk, controller, dde number etc. But it didn't work and i'm following up through the grievance email id as well. Nothing is working out and they are asking to wait for few more days/weeks. I'm not sure would i really receive the certificate and such a worst experience.

*if i'm not receiving the certificate in another few days, i'm gonna blast them to the core in google review and no one is gonna imagine pursuing a course with them later on.
