Annamalai University — I need my degree certificate

I came from mumbai to collect my certificate annamalai nagar, chidambaram, tamil nadu
On (Nov 27, 2018, 2:01 pm) but i dint get the certificate

I given all my documents to them they given 3rd year mark sheet
And i got noc from cash counter

I met assistant controller of examiner i think (Extension number: 528)
He said wait for some days we will sent you your certificate to mumbai

(6th december_2018)
I called several time and past 2 days i was calling on phone,
No one is picking the calls[protected]Extension number: 528)

Please try to understand i need to submit
