Annamalai University — issue in online payment for application

I paid online payment for application on 28-may-2018 .first time transaction failed but debited 800 from my account.Due to last date for application submission, I was paid second time Rs.800(it was success).So please transfer Rs.800 (first time failure amount) to my account.

I will attach ref.number of the above two transaction.

So that's why i generated cash deposits opposition through icici Bank. So what will do next, ... Please kindly Help me sir. And also i want know last date for online application complete process
