My deposit amount still not receive. The hostel officers Not give respect. They purposely reject my request, because i make complaint about annamalai university in CM Portal
sir my name is yuvarajkumar. I did my Degree Master of Science in Statistics Integrated course in annamalai university during the year 2015 to 2020. first two year 2015 to 2017 i stay in Mullai hoste. After 2017 i Write a letter to the warden and vacate my hostel and i stay in my own room.
In 2015 i pay hostel deposit amount 5000. I ask my deposit amount they told me they return my amount after i complete my degree. I complete my degree in 2020. I write letter 3 times to the hostel office and submit my passbook, degree certificate to the hostel office for my deposit money return. They did not respond me. So i made a complaint in Cm portal. Last month June i go to the hostel office and meet Mr. Maarimuthu. He told me get your tc, id card, degree letter along with a letter. So i told them to get the letter next month.
this month July 12.07.2024 i go again to give the necessary documents as they ask. He ask me to get noc certificate from Malligai Hostel. I go and get noc certificate for 2018 to 2020. On that hostel they told me First three years mullai hostel give noc certificate. then i return to the hostel office submit the noc certificate he ask me to get noc for[protected] and he told me give me the hostel vacating letter given by me at 2017. Sir i submit the letter to the hostel office at 2017. Now 2024 how can i have photo copy sir. It is their responsibility to keep the documents safely. They miss my letter no they blame me. he told me he proceed my request only if i give the vacating letter other wise he will not proceed further.
But last month they call me and submit the necessary detail, they proceed further process. I go several office in the hostel every one ask me the same question you are the person make complaint in cm portal. Sir it is not my fault. I have every document fees paid by me. It is their fault. They dont keep my letter safely.
Please take necessary action to return my money.
