Annamalai University — No response from Customer care

I am trying to get the information about Degree certificate from Annamalai University Customer care no provided in the website. No one responding to the call, Some one attand the call and not speaking, sometime they are routing the call to someone but they are not picking the calls, put the calls in Hold. If students from other state, how to get the information from the university, Study center also not providing information, they told that only admission is there role. Regarding certificate and mark list we have to contact University. How to contact university DDE team regarding my Degree certificate. Its not received to my home, 2 Month back directly went to university to clear the due amount ( 1000 for convocation). But still I havent received the certificate. Please advise.
