To The registrar Annamalai university Dec 29'17 I have completed my postgraduate integrated course in biotechnology in the year 2013 batch of[protected] with excellent results but unfortunately the reason of me not received my convocation certificate yet even after applying for it stands as a huge hinderance to my future.
