Annamalai University — Not received the consolidated marksheet, neither provisional nor final certificate

i have completed my B.Sc-IT course in december 2013. getting marks details while sending to SMS facility. but after such a long time, yet to receive certificates. neither provisional nor the final certificate came to me. i am not in a position to get admission for M.Sc-IT or in other masters courses. request help getting the docs in no day. ravi
