Annamalai University — not yet received my consolidated marksheet

I have completed my b. A history degree in the year 2011. I have applied for the consolidated marksheet and i have paid the fees as well and i got an information like i will be receiving it within 15 days but i haven't received my marksheet yet. I am actually working and i am in need of my marksheet for submitting it in my office. So please kindly provide me the marksheet as soon as possible through mail or to the below attached address.
