Annamalai University — regarding certificate

I given exam of industrial safety and passed on same year but when went to recieve my certificate college administration said that we already sent when i asked to post office the said its already recieved ag ain i asked to college managment then thy said pay mony again i payed money but now its 4 year complete they are not sent or not respoded what happeen to my certificate but i have transfer certicate ones again i am asking ples do needful for me
