Annamalai University — Result hard copy not received

Hi team,
As compulsory pcp requirement is concerned, i have combinedly attended compulsory classes in hosur and dharmapuri centre for bsc cs, le-ii, 2nd yr for 2014-15 and have signed the attendance sheet. However, unfortunately the attendance certificates were sent through post and i did not receive the same.

My 2nd-year marksheet & attendance certificate (2nd yr reg no: '174m15075s00105'), transfer certificate and provisional certificate were not delivered at my home address shared with annamalai university.
