Annamalai University — results not received

My name is raisa mendonca. I studied from inifd in the year[protected] for advance diploma of interior designing in camp, pune. At that time it was affiliated with annamalai university. So i did not recieve my certificates for both the years. I'm in need of the certificates as i have to move to another country. I had spoken to someone in inifd regarding it, but they just provided an email to send to annamalai. Could you please give me any suggestions as to what can i do to recieve my certificate??
