Annamalai University — Wrong false information

Hello, I want to take Direct admission to Annamali University For B.sc Chemistry courses, As per website http://www.annamalaiuniversity.ac.in/dde/directadmit.php?pros=rgl&course=790 its clearly mentioned if you fail 2nd year exam you can exam on 3rd year directly, same is written in the prospectus of 2015-16 so i have send my application form through speedpost and today they called me they are simply deny this, and even they do not give value to calcutta University 2+1 scheme part1 exam, please help.
