I had booked a dwelling unit on 9 Aug 2014 in the above residential colony floated by API with the assurance that i will be allotted the unit within a period of 36 months i.e. by the year ending 2017. More than 2 and half years have since elapsed but even the land levelling has not been finished by the promoters for the construction. We are senior citizens and have invested our hard earned pension dues in this project.
We may kindly be advised whether the co.has received requisite approvals from the Govt.in this regard and whether there is any Govtal. control and supervision over the project to protect our interest.

Sub- Refund of our paid payment on project Aastha MIG unit - M1SF04.

This is to highlight that we have booked a unit in your project Aastha MIG, unit number M1SF04, Ansals Sushant megapolis greater Noida, UP on 4th of January 2012. This booking we have done was on the trust factor of Ansals reputation. Details of project is as below-

Payment done till date- Rs. 310497.
This flat which we have booked was not for the investment purpose. This was solely for our resident. As we are living on rented apartment and paying very high rental.
After waited for 4 long years now, we came to know that site is being moved from front key site area to back side (As per the update on http://www.sushantmegapolis.com/Apartments/aasthapride/layout-plan.aspx) which was even confirmed by you. It was even sad to tell you that we were never being communicated for the same. We came to know on sudden visit to the original site.
Our booking decision was mainly based on few factors
This will be a home for me and my family in next 4 years’ time. As your project is long delayed which have defeated our purpose.
Location of the Aastha MIG which was very near to future coming fly over. As my flat was facing towards the main 30 meter wide road. A key location. Which is now being moved back side due to what so ever reason.

As a rightful customer we have paid all our payments on time as per our payment plan. Till date we have paid total of Rs. 310497 (Rupees three lakh ten thousand four hundred and ninety seven). You have not able to keep your promise based on booking done and also we are in urgent need of money.
Requesting you to kindly refund our paid amount with interest of 4years on 18% interest rate. As if we were failed to do our timely payment, you will be charging the same.

We hope that we can mutually resolve our dispute, rather than we approaching through legal. Please take this matter on urgent basis.

I have not received any update on the status of the flat booked by me in bodaki, aastha pride, 50603.. I have paid close to rs 8 lakhs and the same is locked up for last two years..

Kindly update me on the status. It would be appreciated that i had booked this flat on account of the reputation of ansals in the market but i am amazed at the poor response from the officials. I have sent numerous mails/made calls but no response from the officials at all. You may kindly intimate the e mal id of the person who is actually looking after it now.

Dear Sir,
This project of L.I.G flats in sector-C delayed 4 years already but till today we have not getting satisfactory answer from Marketing office at 25-Ashok Marg, Lucknow. I have visited at least 100 times in these 4 years but till today we are just demotivated and demoralized, before 2 years Marketing people always told us for 2 floor construction of L.I.G flats but after one year when ever I go they started telling me that now we will construct G-7 and G-8 tower and you will get possession in that, also one day I was surprised when one Marketing lady from Ansal office has told me that Sir, please go and visit our site and see development status I have went there and see the development status of G-7 and G-8 than I met there at site office Mr Viney Tiwari and when I met Mr Viney, he again surprised me and told me that you will not get possession in these tower for these L.I.G flats Ansal has allotted through lottery system and told me go to marketing office and take letter from them that you will get your possession in these tower. Than immediately I went to marketing office at Asoka Marg and met with Mr Kapoor who told me just reverse which Mr Viney told me, Mr Kapoor told me that you will get possession in same tower in which construction going on and we are going to give possession from Jan-17 only. Please inform and help me for getting my flat because I have deposited whole money and other hands giving interest to HDFC every month.

We have booked flat in your Ansal green escpae ph 2 in year 2012 but neither you have start construction nor you are providing the compansaction of Rs 5 per sq ft as per your sales agreement. We want our money back with interest or possestio of our flat on priority.
Since last 2 year we are putting our complaint but no response from your end.
Very pathetic experience with big brand like Ansal.

The above FDR matured on 18.03.2015 and surrendered the FDR on 14.03 2015. The amount of Rs. one lakh was invested by me in my son!s name. Inspite of the orders of CLB the company has not make any payment till date. The company has not bothered to make payments of principal and accrued interest thereon

Request your intervention in resolving the issue as i am in urgent need of money .

The above fdr matured for payment on 05/04/2015 and i have already surrendered the discharged fdr [on revenue stamp]. But despite repeated requests company has not bother to make payment of the principal amount and the accrued inrerest for the period beyond 05/04/2016.

Request your intervention in resolving the issue as being a retired period i am in urgent need of money for my treatment.

I Arti jain bought a residential plot of 287 sq yard in ansal sushant city panipat. it had been a more than a year i am arounding the ansal office for deed transfer. but till now plots is not transfer to me. i am frustrated with kind of response I'm getting from them . i am leaving on rent from the last year beacuse i already sold the old house and make the same payment to ansal. now i m worried about till then i have to live on rent . i can not construct my plot without deed transfer. its my humble requests to forum please intervene in this issue on priority basis.

Respeced sir, i have. Booked a 86 sq. Yard plot no 254 in 10a of da-iii plots on 03/02/12. So far i have paid 35% (4, 56, 622) of total cost. Till now there is nil development in da-iii, ansal hi - tech townships. Thats why i worried about my hard earned money. I have not received yet payment of my fd of rs. 75000/- vide deposit no. 85761 matured on 17/1/2016, folio no. 0068363. i have already submitted my original fd duly signed in february, 2016, and receipt is with me. despite our various visits at delhi office, no firm reply is given. as we are inurgent need of money, please refund us the same urgently.

Iam prem Mehra from Gwalior MP I made a fix deposit in ansal properties & infrastructure limited of 2 LACS the maturity date was June 2015 I have not recieved the payment yet I'm not getting any further information . In 2006 it was promised that we can take hold of our possession by 2008 . However we are been handed over of our possession in 2011 . Now I would have to complaint regarding the material which has been used to build house . From tiles on the floor, the electricity cable wires, even the doors windows are of extremely spoiled material . A blow of wind has damaged window.

Its only been 4 years we have moved into our property, the electricity cable has damaged. Maintenance department is asking for Rs10, 000 to fix the fault . Its not our fault that Ansal has used cheapest quality material. Its ANSAL API INFRASTRUCTURE who needs to compensate and repair and do whatever to fix the issue.. How can a Armed cable wire gets damaged in 4 years . That's ridiculous. Ansal needs to fix the fault they are responsible for.. We will not pay for it, , Its Ansal who have to pay for their cheap quality product.

I made a FD deposit of 2 lakhs of my hard earned money in sept.2013 got matured in sept.2014.I did not get anything on maturity, on inquiry l got to know as CLB order they postponed payment by 2 years. In 2015 I got 35%, now on inquiry to their office they say, they don't have money to pay.I am helpless woman, Tell me what I will do.This is my hard earned money.I have a lot of liabilities, my father suffering from heart desease and a lot of money required for his treatment. If I will not get this money in time I am shattered. Please help me.

Adwik group pvt ltd. and ansal api has launched a project with la casa in ghaziabad in 2012.
I have booked a flat b-1101 on 25th july 2013, at that time they have promised
And agreed to give possession of flat within 36 months, now 38 months has gone
But still only 30-40 % construction work has been completed whereas they have
Charged 70 % amount of total cost (around 25 lac).

Hi,

I have bought a flat in la casa ghaziabad which is being developed by adwik group in collaboration with ansal api. I was promised that agreed that project will be delivered within 3 years but it is already 3 years and 3 month gone and only 40 % construction completed. Currently no work is going on so i am looking for my refund. I had droped many emails to adwik group staff but they are not replying anything.

This is to inform you that i had applied for plot under your ews category of residential plots in "ansal api" palam vihar, gurgaon, (haryana) in march 2009 but till date i have not received any information from your end and neither i have received my amount back wherein as per your terms & conditions,

I am not the only fellow who is still waiting for refund but in my locality itself there are several other people who are in the que.
Please have the details of the registration and revert back on most urgent basis.

I have been sending emails to you but to despair, you do not revert.
While collecting money everybody are available but later no one.

Even after the clb order[protected], which has been attached in your website, you ignore the fixed deposit holders - which shows how you abide rules and regulation.

This is not my last complaint here, thereafter i will reach sebi scores portal and eow and reach all social portals to display how a company who does not pays the fixed deposit holders (And not reply them too) - can give you the houses to their customer. Simply put, the company is a cheater and they will not honor any of their commitment.

I have taken a flat in ansal api-1 sector 114 mohali (Punjab). It has becoe nightmare for us. The quality of material used is very poor. Only sand has been used in the walls. Just put one nail and whole plaster comes down. The roads have not been laid yet even after 5 years. A big potholes are seen every year. After every 10 days under ground water pipes cracks and no water supply is there for 3-4 days altogether. Electricity cables shorts...

I am living in ansal escencia sector 67 gurgaon and i am completely unsatisfied with the service . condition of security is not good, at night there are no guards at the checkposts and no one comes for repairing for days . This problem needs immediate action . People are very unsatisfied with the cleaning staff also, garbage is thrown at the sides of roads .
