Not refunding EOI amount Rs. 5 lakh

Dear Sir,
Sarvottam took 5 lac rupees towards EOI for a plot in their NEWOIDA project during the month of Sep 23. I cancelled my EOI within a month but since october 23, they lingering around and not refunding my EOI payment of Rs. 5 lakh...

Hello Indian Consumer Complaint's department,

Kind your information we all buyer's sent you multiple complaints against Sarvottam shree group & his employees cheated ALL his innocent BUYER'S & they eat all money without hand over the flat's KEY, but still as usually our INDIAN GOVERNMENT staff sleeping & not taken any action???can you tell me why no one take any strict action against these kind's of cheater builder's ???? i hope so now you will take strict action against VIKAS JAIN & HIS PARTNER'S who is not giving us advance booking amount with interest till date now Friday, July 06/2018.please try to understand and resolve us problem as soon as...after that we also proud to your department...

We Booked a Flat in 2010, In vasundhara Ghaziabad with Sarvottam Group (Vikas Jain),
Builder Promised us to deliver the flat in 2014,
But Till date Jan 2017 He has not delievered the Flat As well as he is also not doing any thing on site.
Recently i came to know he dont have approval of the building, He has already taken 80 % money of the Total Cost,

Sarvottam Group customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Sarvottam shree was built on alt sahkari samiti land which was never revealed to sarvottam shree buyers. The next thing is the Fraud they played with customers stopping construction work for an year suggesting they are awaiting permission for 11 floors( Till 27th floor) from GDA. Later they said they will deliver only 16 floors as getting permission till 27th floor is difficult. By this time they had diverted all money from this project elsewhere. Also seeing less profit here they in conjunction with GDA got the project sealed. Now they say GDA is asking for 36 crore because of wrong construction. This is shamelessness. The government is not doing anything. GDA has absolutely no sensitivity regarding buyers and Vikas Jain, the builder is an absolute Fraudster.

We need our money back. Infact all buyers should be returned their money with interest as Vikas Jain never had the intention to deliver this project. He has in fact not delivered a single project in his lifetime.
yes i agree with your suggestion...we all buyers need justice.Still we are giving home loan installments and did't get a possession ???? we need our all paid money including Bank installment with bank interest and penalty which we already paying to the BANK...DEAR U.P. GOV. MR. YOGI JI ... KINDLY DO SOMETHING FOR US???? PLEASE WOKEUP...JAG JAYE...KUCH TO KARE HUM LOGO KE LIYE????????

      Purchased a flat from vikas jain ksn sarvottam group but he is not giving flat from last 6 years

      Vikas jain of ksn group is cheating me, we booked a flat in sarvottam pride near atal chowk vasundhara ghaziabad in 2011, but till date 7 july 2016 the project is only 25 % completed. when i asked mr. vikas jain about the status, he was talking very rudely. i have already given 80 % amount of the total cost of flat,

      So by this post i want to share this with all the new buyers who want to purchase flat from him please be careful...

      Dear Sir, Please note that i have booked a Flat at KSN Square of Sarvottam Group, office at a 60 c, 1st Floor, Sec-63, NOIDA.201301I have booked a flat in June 2013, paid a heavy booking amount of my 6 years ppf, parents savings of Rs 10.40 Lac, builder project was not approved from the banks he has recommended and made me fool for 1.5 years. Later he harassed and forced me to pay heavy interest of 13 lacs which i denied. Later i cancelled the booking and after a lot of push he agreed to pay me the booking amount and paid only 1 lac. Since from December 2014, i am ignored, i go to his office and wait for hours and he do not revert. His employees ignore me and do not pick my phone. He is not giving my 9.4 lac hard earned money, i want my money back . It is a great tsress and trauma for my entire family. Please help and take a strict action. Builder Name is Vikas Jain - [protected]. His employees Vinod Jain [protected] who ignores my call and avoid me. Kindly take a immediate strict action against the builder.Sales representative Lokesh Sharma does not gives a clear response-[protected]no one picks phone, for payments, all will call but for refund no one will response.

      We are three person, booked flat in Sarvottam Golden Eye, fat was cancelled before 2 years and they have refund through cheques, but cheque get bounced . They are so much fraud persons . we are going to take legal action against them. if anybody also get hurrarsed, please contact [protected] (Atul Garg)
      Hi Atul Ji, I am also a victim of their Golden Eye project, have paid 20% of the flat cost and have been chasing them to get my refund but to no avail, these guys are frauds of a very high degree, I am rendered helpless since they do not respond and I do not see my money coming back so easily ...let me know if you were able to get your funds back from these fraudsters please...Pawan Tyagi

        Want some Reviews on SARVOTTAM GROUP, NX – ONE, PLOT NO.- 17, SECTOR – TECH ZONE-IV, GREATER NOIDA. They have launched Commercial Project but are asking for Cheques and Payments in favor of M/s SP Sai IT Pvt Ltd. Developer is Sarvottam and Cheques in Favour of SP SAI, what kind of association between both of them ??

        3 different developers taking cheque against the same plot i.e Plot No. 17, Sec-Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida West. More surprising is that the Plot is still open for re-sale in market.
        Is it commercial land or agricultural land, as due to farmers issue and agitations, maybe we will end up risking our investment

        Dear All We Purchased a Flat From Sarvottam Group in 2010, The Project Name is Sarvottam Pride
        But the project is not yet completed We have already paid 80 % amount to builder, But The builder Mr. Vikas jain is not completing the project, The project is currently on Hold,

        So some one please suggest me what actions i should take against him

          Fake Commitments of Sarvottam Group

          Address: Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

          Sarvottam Group is offering a Commercial Project and Upcoming Iconic Tower at a Offer Price of 1990 Rs Per Sq Ft and 2990 Rs Per Sq. Ft. Still wonder how can a company offer base price of its project even below what it comes as construction costs. To my best of knowledge, such Commercial Projects have the base construction costs of 2000 Rs per Sq Ft approx. So should i believe that company is offering something even below their construction...

          As i am going through the net and i found that one Real Estate Company in Noida name as Sarvottam Group Offering Commercial Space in just Rs. 1,990 Per Sq ft and as per my best knowledge of Real Estate the Cost of Construction for Normal Commercial Spaces is Rs 2000 per Sq ft in the Same way they offers there another project name as Iconic Tower offering in just 2,990 but the normal Cost of Construction comes Rs 3,000 which is very confusing to trust on this company. And there Project name Iconic Tower Construction takes Minimum 6 yrs to built up, and i don't think that the possession to the customers be on time.
          For my opinion its not a good investment opportunity and trust worthy project for the investors.

          Please give your views and suggestions about this project of Sarvottam Group.
          After reading ur views i also doubt on this company background may be its their techniques to attract customers and at the end do like other fraud real estate companies of noida
          I am well known about the fraud of this company and Prabhupuram actully there are 3 different developers taking cheque against the same plot i.e Plot No. 17, Sec-Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida West. More surprising is that the Plot is still open for re-sale in market...
          by seeing the basic investment in the property and the final touch of the property there is lots of difference in the investment...it gives a lots of loss to the costomers so ...today the costomrs is soo clever he/she understand all the thing clearly
          NX1 Commercial property can be launch at this rate. as this is in techzone approved by GNIDA. these areas are special economic zone which govt give to the developers developers at subsidies rates for developing commercial property techzones are basically for IT/ITES enable company and i want to mention one more thing construction cost of office space is very less as compare to residential projects as brickwork and internal development cost is very less because builder had to develop whole floor without internal brickwork and for partition iinstead of brick glasses and board are use which makes internal cost very less. for further details contact [protected]-[protected]

          If you study sarvottam website you will find lots of delivered projects in Ghazibad, the total worth of thoso projects is around 1000cr.

          But where is sarvottam office, . The site and corporate office is the same??????????

          You find only brokers and their ads, no direct ad from the company side????

          Do you believe that central AC would cost 1000/sqft? The price list shows it
          Office space with central AC=2990
          Office space without central AC=1990
          The distribution of cost /pricising is suspecious...
          You will very non-techincal structure in layouts. building pictures, delivered projects etc are all animated, not real.

          I suggest to everyone investing in NX-1 please check the land papers with GNDA...After all its a question of your hard earned money...
          I requst to all investors and buyers, please check its land papers and allotment status with GNDA

          and try to visit its company's corporate office.
          Its afterall hard earned money ...

          Its a clear cut fraud...

          You will not find company corporate office anywhere...
          If a company has deliverd 1000 cr projects ...as mentioned on its website

          It must have his existance anywhere in Delhi NCR

          You will not find any communication from the company side directly you will only find brokers majorly Blisstree ...and their contact nos...
