I've booked a flat in Ansal API Sushant Megapolis Greater Noida (Aasra Scheme) in 2009 however, builder is not able to give the possession till date and there is no communication. Staff doesn't have any information or they do not wish to give any clarity on the project completion...

With reference to above subject matter, I booked 1 flats in ‘ansal-api’ project at sushant megapolis a township of 2504 sq acre near pari chowk adjoining to bodaki (Greater noida).

This flat was booked in June 2011, directly through Ansal and was assured for possession during October 2012.

As per payment plan, we paid total amount
This project was started in 2008 and must be completed by 2012. I visited site but there was no progress for completion even in near future. It seems that project has been stopped.

Please note we have booked the flat in 2011 with the intension of getting possession by 2012 for living for our own family forever but due to too long delay in giving possession, we are unable to take the possession now as we have already bought another ready to move property for the said purpose.

May I request you to please help me in getting my money refunded.

We feel that we have been cheated by ansal-api same as with many of other allotees like us.

I have made the booking in Feb, 2010 . It has been more than 10 years i want to know the updated status for the same.
I Just received a phone call that project has been scrapped, but no email nor any postal information

I want to know when I will get possession of my flat

I have two FDRs no. 91329 for Rs 9 Lakh and no. 90065 for Rs. 4 Lakh. These matured in 2016. They were split and renumbered as 1191329 and 5191329 for the 9 Lakh FD and as 1090065 and 5090065 for the 4 Lakh FD. The interest also has not been paid since 2019.
I am a 76yr old man suffering from heart and other diseases. I wrote to Ansals also several times, but to no avail. My money should be urgently refunded with interest.

The amount of my two FDs totalling Rs 13 Lakh that matured in 2016.

I have booked a flat in "the Fernhill" project of Ansal API at the time of it's launch in year 2011. I kept paying the installments as per CLP & by 2015 I ended-up paying around 60% of the total cost. Since the construction activities were on hold as there was no significant development/construction being done by the Ansal API, I skipped 2-3 installments & to my surprise the builder has cancelled my booking and have sent a refund cheque of almost 40% of the total amount paid by me till date, I did not received any other communication regarding the same on neither e-mail nor over phone. They have sent it to my old mailing address, where I was not residing in 2016.
When I came to know through one of their employees that the flat has been cancelled, I immediately contacted their office in Sec-63, Gurgaon where we met Mr. Abhishek Aggarwal after several follow-ups, he told us that the company is not having any funds now but after few months he will get us our refund or will adjust the amount paid by us in some other project of our choice.

From 2016 to till date, 6 years have passed but he are still chasing them for our hard-earned money but they are not listening.

Now we don't have any other option but to file a legal case against Ansal API & Abhishek Aggarwal.

Plot no c/03/119 registered as corner plot, but on spot it is not developed as corner plot

I deposited 30%advance for a flat in Basera Deluxe, Sector K scheme of Sushant Golf city Lucknow, in 2014, company still not in position to start project at site, I need my money back

I bought Flat in Zonal Park Ansal Sushant CIty meerut Last yeat in Feb 2021 and I paid my amount fully. In the possession letter provided to me by Ansal, 21000/- Rs are mentioned for Electricity Connection and 60, 000/- Rs for Other services like water, security etc. But I have got nil.Pls refund my money .

Ansal API has put up clauses which restricts established all broadband providers in that area.
No one has give the service in that area how to manage work without any internet service ..only reason is you don't give permission for that..also Road has very bad condition in front of apartment.
please allow all providers to enter in the area & please repaired the road as well & sweeper doesn't clean area properly that means he came once in q month also gaurd has very rude behavior. I'm expecting that issues get resolved quickly.

I have purchased a flat in Paradise Diamond 2 in Ansal Sushant Golf City. Its been 7 years and still there has been construction or they are willing to refund the amount with interest. The flat no is A/07/02. I have made a payment of 5.5 lacs

Vide FD no.79720 deposited Rs.100, 000/ for 36 months with Dt.of Maturity[protected].Vide letter dtd.[protected] from Sr.Grp.Co.Secy sent a CLB (Company Law Board)order on FD of the co. Letter vide cl vii. stipulates FDs upto 125, 000/-mshall b redeemed in 2 tranches 35% with in 12 months of Maturity date, n balance 65% after with in 10 Working days after 24 months from dt. of maturity. MAturity dt has been extended by 2 years i.e upto[protected]. Co. has paid interest @12.5% upto[protected]. However last 3 interests have been paid with a time delay of 6/7 months.Last Interest Warrant No.253118 for period[protected] is dtd.[protected] n delivered after a gap of 4/5 weeks. No communication from ANSAL API, Velocity Property Builders Pvt. Ltd. is sending SMS to switch FD with ready to move property. V do not know relationship between ANSAL API n this entity. Has co. Law Board extended maturity period, since neither interest pais since[protected], nor FD redeemed till date. V r Senior citizen, n in this stage of life v r subjected 2 both financial pecuniary, n mentall harrassment.. Perhaps a fit case for Refferal to NCLT or oyhe Forum OF GOVT.Of India. Someone Ansal API has put up clauses which restricts established broadband providers like Airtel and Jio to provide in that area.
Which leaves consumers to the mercy of 2 unprofessional providers (Jolly and Sikka)
since these 2 knows that consumers have no options they charge anything and also do not provide service of satisfactory quality.

Can you please allow other providers to enter in the area so it will be level playing field for all providers and consumers can get value for their money

Ansal API karnal sales manager is indulged in corruption activities by undue delaying in registration of the ansal flats in the name of buyer by deliberately delaying the processing of file. They direct the buyer to go to the specific typist/professionals and demand five to ten times the regular processing fees. Afterwards they will find n no. of mistakes in the registery details and will again ask the buyers to make them pay again and again which inturn prolongs the plot registration process indirectly harassing the buyers. This corruption practice involves cash transactions, you can't find any paper trail to complaint to RERA authorities or any other higher authority. The complaint numbers provided on the website are useless and of no use.

We had booked and paid for a flat in 2010 (18th January 2010) and the possession was due within 42 months (18th July 2013) but had still not been given. We had contacted them several times in the past as well when they told us that the possession had been delayed due to some reasons. We demand a refund of the full amount at the earliest along with a suitable rate of interest (10%) on the same.

I had deposited a handsome amount to the company in the name of Dr.N.K.Bansal HUF
with Fd no 84240 and 88365. Also deposited some amount in the name of dr nirmal kumar bansal with fd.no.88406. All des matured in time and I sent the original documents to the company but 5 years have passed but the company had not returned my money. I want my money back..Dr. n. k.bansal

I have purchased two EWS flats in 2013, But still not getting possession, As I went there to check the status of property and also check with Ansal office at Connaught Place Delhi and Greater Noida, but no one giving any update.
I want my refund asap.

Velocity housing contacted with me to purchase new property and adjust that Ansal property amount with them. but when I submitted my Ansal receipts they suddenly avoid my calls and when I contacted through different numbers they behaved with me rudely and then said they don't have any property now.

All are cheater and Fraud.
